Posted .HI, Arlo cameras have to send data to the cloud due to being a WIFI based camera. As a wifi based device, This will cause a minimal delay while data is being transferred. If you are experiencing choppy audio, please try bringing your device closer to your base station or router as you may be experiencing a range or wireless frequency interference issue.
