    No instructions for this product. Called the number provided and for them to set it up cost and extra 250.00. When they went into my computer to set it up they crashed my computer. System is still not set up and can't get any support from Arlo

    Great clarity, and love that it has the option to use a solar powered attachment. Also has scheduling options so you don’t have to keep manually editing the modes which is nice. Works well with google home too

    Bought the Pro 4 XL for cordless camera with a decent battery life. Based upon a weeks of usage I should be able to get 4-6 months between charges, which I am excited about.

    This new “Arlo” product is the best so far with its new Wi-Fi technology and viewing flexibility. Setup was also the easiest of all our past “Arlo” products. Certainly worth checking out.

    Purchased these camera. Installed easy. They updated. Used for a month and another install was needed. Can't get them to update so can't see anything on the screen of the camera live. It still picks up movement and sends you a picture. Have called Arlo for help or replacement. Have talked to three tech support people and they all want you do the steps to fix the updated that doesn't work. Called customer service and they want you to do the same steps. They are suppose to be sending a RMA to return that has been two weeks. If you buy their cameras get a warranty from the store you purchased them from to protect yourself. I didn't and know I am out the money.

    Bought a triple package of wireless cameras. Had all three set up in less than 30 mins! Great clarity, saw a wolf in the driveway on first night!

    I was originally delighted with my Arlo 4 camera purchase. I purchased four of them and they worked great for 15 months. Now they are all dying. On two of them, the battery is dying after three days (even without recording any activity) and they are no longer picking up motion to start a recording. I have done everything Arlo support has recommended but the cameras are still malfunctioning. I requested replacement cameras but that was met with great opposition from Arlo. Their warranty is only 12-months and I now know why--they break just after 12-months. I would not recommend this product.

    Once you figure out that the sync button is on the inside (this info was not in the instructions) with the battery, set up is a breeze. Wider camera view and alerts come with pictures

    Cameras are decent but now the company requires a subscription or else your cameras won’t record. The older cameras would record and save on local storage these new cameras require a monthly fee for recording or else your cameras are useless.

    Arlo Pro 4. This product waisted a complete 8 hour day of mine. it won't set up. The app can't find the cameras after 8 hours of trying, making phone calls, and scrutinizing my internet service. These are going back to the store where they belong. I see many other people have had the same issue with this product. I was also taken back by the cheap thin plastic housing and the ridiculous magnetic brackets that the wind will blow the camera right off of. Return and find a quality camera set.
