Working as expected. To many false alerts with Ring. Zero false alerts so far but its only been a week. With Ring i was getting them nightly so cheers

I have wifi connection throughout house and outside and is easier placing these wifi camaras rather that being limited to where the hub is connected.

It was absolutely frustrating to connect this thing to my iPhone. You gotta scan the QR code, enter the wifi name and password, and wait for a ridiculous amount of time until it shows "No cameras were found". I tried using different WIFIs, tripple-checked the password and SSID, and tried at least 5 times, still not working. I tried ask for help but it says I'm not eligible for contacting support agents. I read their instructions and they are absolutely useless. WILL return and I will share my experience to all my friends. Ridiculous product

Had an odd occurrence in our driveway which led to the purchase of the arlo cameras. Now we know everything that goes on in and around the house.

i bought a 2 pack. 1st camera is decent. second camera stopped charging after 3 weeks beyond the return policy. i will never buy arlo again

This camera is "Peace of Mind" and easy to use. I have 4 cameras total covering all my outside doors and 1 place hidden out of view in my house

I may have saved money with the sale but once I installed the Pro 4, I found out that I had to pay $13 per month to receive the security notifications when I am away

Upgraded from the first gen with a base station and mad I didn’t do it sooner. Love there is no base station my wireless coverage is way better then the base station.

We did research a lot about home security outdoor cameras...also got many suggestions from friends and family....but thanks God that we bought Arlo

The best home security system ever! With this system you can get rid of the watchdog, because this system is all you need for your home protection.

Love how easy it is. I love there is options for local memory storage and not forced on cloud. Quality and tech is great.

Really like the Pro 4! The added light is a big security upgrade vs the Pro 2 and the updated mount on the Pro 4 enables increased placement precision.

Great hardware and decent app. I get tons of notifications and I wish it was easier to get custom notifications but at the moment I love this system.

This Arlo Pro 4 purchase was a great deal (on sale). I couldn't be more satisfied with the cameras, the easy install, and the price.

I should have bought sooner and the techs that set it up for me were awesome, I would definitely recommend this.

I love the fact that these camera's have 2 way audio features. Now I can talk to whoever is on my porch and I can check-in with family!

We Had One of the 3 Cameras up and working within a few Hours after battery charged. We're really glad we bought the 3 Camera Arlo Pro 4 Pack

I bought these cameras and they're off to a bad start. One camera kept making a shutter/clicking sound while charging it and it still doesn't work. The camera went offline, so I removed the devise , tried to reconnect it and it has reconnected, although it chimes. The app says can't find camera. I didn't try the 3rd camera b/c I wanted another close by relative to use it. Support directs you to a bunch of articles that lead to no where. Read the manual that say connect camera directly to router, still no luck. I feel like I bought a box of junk.

Disappointed that I open the box and look to charge the battery but guess why no power adapter included only a cable . Never paid $200 for something that comes with a charging usb cable but no adapter it’s like buying a laptop without the power cable . The Manuel page 75 Telly you to use the cable and power adapter that came with it but when you look inside your box there is no power adapter . Why not charge me more and inc an adaptor . All these reviews and no one mentions that there is no power adapter inc and you need a 9 volt one . So now I’m left looking to order a power adapter . Thanks for the excitement I had of opening a box without a power adapter .
