Have to pay a monthly subscription to record!

The other models that use a hub are able to record locally. What a waste of money! Est Buy associates said they offered free 7 day cloud recording. Arlo stopped that plan and now charge to record. Don't listen to Best Buy. Also, Arlo customer service is terrible!!! There is no customer service.

Thanks for your review. I apologize for the misinformation from Best Buy, we no longer offer the 7 day cloud recording and now offer a 90 Day trial to Arlo Secure, which includes 30 Day cloud recording among many other features.
Even with the end of the free trial, we want to let you know there are some features that are still available without an Arlo Subscription. You can read more about it here: https://kb.arlo.com/000062312.
