Good product, good view 2k but the pricw hia a little bit high

I've had arlo products for 5 years with no issue - we upgraded our system to the arlo pro 4 and 2 wired video doorbells. One camera would constantly toggle itself off and then disable one of the doorbells. I did all the troubleshooting and arlo customer service is HORRIBLE - I've waited for 6 weeks for help with no answer from Arlo. You chat with someone and they keep telling me "it has been escalated to our next level team and you will hear back in 48 hours" and you hear nothing. Just keep this in mind when you buy if you want customer service you have to pay the monthly fee to chat and expect to not be given any resolution.

I most love that it has a rechargeable battery and it doesn’t need to have a cord attached to it. Very clear color videos. App was easy to learn.

I was skeptical at first but I love this Arlo pro 4 system. Great day and night vision and the time stamp is on point. I feel my home is secure . Thanks arlo

Arlo is the best product by far has great support, the Arlo environment just works unlike it’s competitors. I love my Arlo and plan to by more products for my home

Installed to monitor driveway to my garage. Very good pictures and sensitivity to movement. We feel safer at night with the alerts to activity.

I put four of these up last week. So far I have been impressed at the amount of coverage they provide for my property as well as how quickly they respond to movement.

Brilliant and amazing.. It totally captures or record with clear vision or image. Its 100% have quality that I’m looking for security camera..You feel safe if you are sleeping or goin out…

Very easy to set-up and install. Has great picture and ability to cover large areas, It does require a brief update when installing, but does not take a lot of time.

Easy to set up and add more cameras to hub. Excellent picture quality, field of vision, and ability to zoom in on videos through app. Decent audio capture.

I love it! It always lets me know if there’s a vehicle or animal! The camera quality is great and it makes me feel way more protected when I leave the house.

I like the night vision option and that it records in color is the best part. Also it has a built in siren that you can set off from your PC or mobile device.

This is amaizing. I did my research and and very happy with my decision. The picture, etc is amaizing. And of course the fella that came out to set it up was wonderful.

CAMERAS GREAT; APP AND FEATURES ARE GREAT. ALERTING CAPABILITY IS TERRIBLE. I CANT HEAR THE ALERTS WHEN A CAMERA GET TRIGGERED. PERHAPS I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE IT LOUDER ON MY I-PHONE. REGARDLESS, SO FAR I'M DISAPPOINTED IN THE ALERTING. TECH SUPPORT IS LOUSY AS WELL, INDIA BASED; NO KNOWLEDGE WORKERS - SCRIPT TYPERS ONLY.

Arlo sucks after using it for almost 2 years it stopped working and customer service wasnt no help. Do not waste your number on this trash quality cameras.

Very easy to install. I’m a woman and I did it all myself. The app is very helpful and easy to navigate settings. High definition and audio is very good. We are loving it. Thanks!

Overall great quality cameras. I wish the microphone was a little more sensitive, but I love the way it can detect the differences between people, animals, packages, and vehicles
