I have been an Arlo user from the early days, and this is a fantastic evolution of the product. Works great as advertised.

I was very happy wit my Arlo cameras until I received a mail saying they will stope making firmware upgrades for my cameras making me buy new ones, they offer a code for 50% off which I thought it was nice since I have to buy new ones and I can get better Technology. Well after trying to get those cameras on their website, it was a nightmare! My order was cancel, I don't know why. They cleaned the hands saying it was on my end. They don care about their customer avoid bad experiences and get something else

Quality of the picture of these cameras is great. I would definitely recommend.

Set up for Arlo Pro 4 was easy to follow. Provides clear images/video. So far the experience has been great.

Have been using these for a few days, I wish there were more instructional information on how to use and set them up. I fear charging is going to be a pain since you cannot charge the battery direct but through the housing.

This camera has amazing clarity and color. I will be ordering another one. However, I will be ordering a different mount because it will not turn and stay where I want it to. The magnetic mount is the way to go.

By far easier camera to set up and use. The pictures are good on 2k and good noise reduction.

So, I've only had them up for 1 day! I'm hoping they do the job of capturing someone or something. Con: It's hard to get the camera out of the housing without removing the housing to shake out the camera. Not able to get a grip on the camera!
