    These cameras are junk and I can’t get support. The batteries don’t work and last probably one day at my small business. I bought what was recommended for my business from Best Buy on the phone and the techs that installed it said I wouldn’t like it and they are right. I want to return or exchange. Bad sales and bad product

    Used to be a great camera to go with few years ago. They’re great if you’re only running four or five more than that you need a service plan. Unfortunately, when you call or sign up for an Arlo plan, it definitely isn’t like it used to be very poor Customer Service, how are you? I would look into getting a wired camera system.

    A good old fashioned hunting, cell cam out performs these cameras for Michigan winter. The emergency function is nice in case there’s an emergency. But two out of the three cameras I got will no longer connect to my phone. It’s as if the WiFi card in the cameras got messed up somehow due to cold.

    Couldn't connect to WiFi and no support available

    Very frustrated! I spent 8 hours trying to get the cameras to connect to my WiFi network. Thinking the problem was my mesh network, I bought a new router that would let me choose between 2.4GHz and 5GHz since the cameras will only connect via the 2.4GHz network. My iPad, iPhone, and desktop could not "find" the cameras on my WiFi network. Customer service? Forget about it. If your Arlo app can't find the cameras, you can't even purchase a plan to get live person support. Very frustrating. I returned the Arlo Pro 4 and bought a different system.

    Didnt get to open it , after comparing i decided to return it, thought by saving several hundred it was a good deal and product, decided to go with another brand.

    Ive had nothing but problems. Spent many hours on the phone with arlo support with no solution. Every few days one camera stops recording. Another never sends me notifications. The third I have never hooked up and won’t waste my time. The camera image is great as long as you dont need it to notify you or record. Ive had them too long to return so i have them for sale. This is absolutely one of my worst purchases ever. Id rate them -10 if I could. They dont deserve the 1 I have to give them. Find another brand . Youve been warned.

    Really disappointing battery life in these. I have been on the phone and chat with their customer service. They just keep sending links for me to ready on how to optimize battery life. None of them are working for the set I purchased. I get 2 to 3 days before I have to change batteries. Tech support is poor at best. These cameras record even when nothing is happening. over 900 alerts on my phone daily. However, when a car pulls in my driveway, it doesn't pick it up. Ugh! Other than that their great!

    Is it Broke!

    Very had to program.After 3 hours of trying could only get two cameras to work.Took to Best Buy ,they knew nothing on how the items work.Replaced item with another one but it cost me $9.62 more.Took home program all 3 in 20 mins

    This security bundle works well enough. I wish it did reach the end of my driveway or actually show the license plates on vehicles with high enough quality to read them as advertised. However, this is one of the best systems on the market right now.

      Hi Atominic, Thank you for the feedback. You might be able to benefit from using a wifi extender to get a little more range from your device(s). This will may help if you are already receiving poor range. There are many factors that can cause range issues or wifi interference such as multiple walls, glass, brick etc. Regards, Arlo Team arlo_us

    One of the worst products I have ever bought! The batteries last less than 10 days. Keeps picking up motion outside detection zone. Using on battery saving settings with -1 brightness, night vision is off, hdr is off, literally every setting is off or set to low and it barely lasts more than a week. And above all it takes on average 10-14 seconds to show the live feed. I have tried 3 other cameras now and this is the worst.
