    One camera is good, one camera is bad

    Bought 2. One records with a crackling noise on every recording. Dealt with Arlo with minimal response. I sent the a video to prove it. They recommended that I take out the battery and restart the whole process and move the camera to another location. Nothing helped. When I told them to replace the camera I get no response back. The camera is brand new. I wish Best Buy would help by replacing the camera. Help!

    Very disappointed the battery life is terrible. Ordered two of these cameras from different stores both will not last more than 32 hrs and that is with the solar collectors. Spent two weeks going back and forth with arlo tech support changing settings and defaulting with no change. They finally sent battery replacement unfortunately that did not solve the problem. Only reason it is not 1 star is that the camera itself works great when there is power. App is good to. Needs battery work.

    Brandon is very good at what he does. He knows what to do with the problems at hand. Hooked up a TV for us and then installed a arlo security system.

    Awesome cameras ….could be a little clearer for the zoom in and also unless you barley use then you need to hard wire power but the WiFi with eero Is great

    Easy setup. The only issue I had was figuring out how to remove the camera body from the case so I could install the battery. This isn't very well documented - you push the putton on the bottom of the housing and it releases. Otherwise I am pleased with the performance and love the battery life. I am demoing the web based storage for now but intend on getting the base to store video locally.

    This is another very good camera. It's not the XL camera that I wanted but it's still a 2K that I like. It shows a good clear picture and works well in all kinds of weather.

    Great outdoor camera. Definitely recommend. I just wish there wasn't a lag between when motion is detected to when you're notified on your cell phone. That's my only gripe. Besides that, happy that I bought it.

    Security Bundle incompatible with accessories

    It is not mentioned that the security mounts in this bundle make the cameras incompatible with accessories. My intent was to mount with the floodlights and these are not compatible. This should be made clear. Now I have to return at the store which defeats my whole purpose of shopping online. Cameras themselves are awesome, but bad product from Best Buy.

    Best buy came and installed this camera for my mother, and it has been so easy for her to use and feel safe. She's able to use the app daily. Motion detection means she doesn't have to pour through 24 hours of footage either, so it's a really efficient little camera. The only thing I would say, is that it's pretty hard to download the videos you want to save. This feature seems hidden.

    Great price.. poor video quality. Will be returning. Bought these for home indoor/outdoor security. Hazy/pixelated quality video and about a 12 second delay between live feed
