    Got these when they went on sale and saved almost $200. These are great security cameras. I have 6 of them now.

    One of the camera just completely stopped working after 1 year. And battery life is only a week not 6 monthes like advertised

    I have an older Arlo system, that works perfectly. I was told that my systems would work seamlessly with the new system... NOT THE CASE!!! Terrible compatibility. I was told that in order to see my recording, i have to do one of 3 things: 1.Pay for subscription 2. Plug my external hard drive to a computer. 3. Buy a upgraded Base station.I was on for over an hour with technical support " troubleshooting" the issue. The technical support agent says about 1 hr in that he knew that i would have to do one of the 3 options that were named above. Terrible customer service from "Chris".

    The only thing I don’t like about this is the batteries go dead quickly if it is in a area with heavy traffic

    Camera works well but battery life is much less than stated and sometimes the motion sensor doesn’t track people/objects early enough or long enough.

    THE PRODUCT MAY BE GOOD . BUT CAN'T SAY THAT THE ARLO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. JUST SAYING THE TRUTH BEST BUY I HAVE NOT PROBLEMS WITH THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEM THERE FOR ME

    This is my second Arlo system and i love it. I replaced my first generation system and what a great difference. Easily connects directly to wifi and camera coverage and clarity is awesome!! If you’re looking for a DIY camera system this is it!!

    I purchased this camera because it was wireless and easy to install. I was not worried about having to recharge a wireless camera because the product claims it lasts 6 months between charges. It was very easy to install and set up, however, a fully charged battery lasts less than 4 days. I have tried many times to recharge the battery, adjust the settings to improve battery life and every time it lasts barely 3 days. I can not recommend a product that requires over one day to recharge and lasts less than four. When I alerted Arlo customer support to my issue, it was clear the company has had no interest in trying to help identify or resolve the product issues. Phone support has never picked up after hours on hold. The call back option does not work. And, I have spent hours chatting with at least 10 different support agents asking me to complete the same troubleshooting steps that always result in the same outcomes and then to wait for it to get better. After months of effort finally Arlo is willing to send a new camera, but only if I pay to send them their defective product back to them. Buy this product only if you want to spend more money and time dealing with Arlo customer support.

    I bought these and was easy to install but was a little lagging at first on vedio quality. Also 2 way comunication didnt work you couldnt talk to anyone but could hear them just fine. Contacted customer support and didnt resolve my issue just tried to hurry me off the phone to get to next customer complaint. In the end after 2 weeks i returned back and best buy gave a full refund and bought a different system.

    Camera battery life is adequate when utilizing the solar chargers. Video quality over wifi is middle of the road. It is poor to useless in low light even with the spot light on. You will need outdoor lighting to utilize. Unsure of sensitivity settings still playing with adjustability. Customer Service at Arlo is the worst I've dealt with on electronics, they should reach out to Sonos to see how a quality support company works.

    Having originally the arlo pro 2's which where great until you needed to zoom in on something these are a huge step up. especially no longer needing the use of the "smarthub" which not always worked well and had range issues. the video quality is a huge improvement and the spot light feature is great.
