    Purchased the 3 park or Arlo Pro 4. One of the cameras stopped working in about 2 months. Returned the cameras (we had the extended protection plan), and grabbed another 3 pack. Once again, one of the cameras went out in 3 months. These cameras were put up to monitor the property around my parents house, Arlo was a huge FAIL. Going to just go with RING. I've had a great experience with the RING cameras on my property.

    Not sure why these cameras constantly have scratchy feedback sounds. No one seems to be able to explain it to me.

    read the small print. the batteries are very small. certainly not the standard nor the xl's. now i know why the price was so good.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - CHOOSE RING

    Absolutely terrible and disappointing. I was so confident in this product until I got home and tried to connect it to my internet 2.4 GHz band. It wouldn't connect at all. I thought one was messed up, nope, none of them worked. I ended up exchanging this product for 2 Ring Spotlight cam, 1 stick up cam, and 2 Ring batteries. I was praying to the security cam Gods that the ring product would work and Lord... They connected in seconds. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RING.

    Decent cameras, but don't do well in low-light.

    Bought these to supplement the coverage around the house. While daylight quality is very good, I found them to significantly worse in handling low-light situations that my old Pro models, which I found bizarre.

      Thanks for your feedback. We want to mention that with the camera's spotlight enabled, the camera will light up the area to give colored night vision quality. You can choose to disable its spotlight and use its IR lights for night vision in which your Arlo Pro camera is also using.

    Overall, this is great camera and easy to use and set up. The only reason I do not give a 5 star, is the battery does wear down quick, but overall, this is a great cameral.

    Arlo Pro 4 wireless This is the worst product in the market. The battery lasts and average of 3 days with minimum recordings. To go live view takes about 10 to 14 seconds. Arlo will make jump through hoop to send you a battery replacement. The resale value is less than 25% Credits where deserved recording are neath day and night. The Arlo App is reliable.

    This system is complete garbage. If i could give it zero stars that wuld still be too many. Dont waste your time. Couldnt even get it to connect to see if it even worked. Their tech support is a joke. This system is not easy to set uo as advertised. If it dosent connect the first time retun it. Should not take houra amd hours of the same thing over and over to get nowhere.

    I wish I could return it. I purchased this device and requested Geek Squad I stall. It was pushed back due to the weather twice. Once it was installed the camera died less that 24hrs later. I would not recommend this camera only because of the battery. It’s trash and the suggested battery reading Arlo provides doesn’t solve the issue of the battery being trash.

    Does NOT work with the base of other arlo models like they claim. You have to have a subscription for these to be useful. No wonder they offer a temporary free subscription, so that by the time it expires and you find out, it'll be too late to return.
