    It's a great idea that's about 80% there. The cameras a good, but the AI for detection and motion are really not effective.

    I bought this package last march and I’m ready to throw it in the trash. I’ve had issues trying to share the online recording with my fiancé and it seems like an impossible task. If you don’t have their subscription, you’re unable to speak to online chats to problem solve and Arlo expects you to comb through forums to figure it out. A SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE STORAGE. It took me a couple of months to calibrate these cameras. I’ve had critters tear up my yard and my dog got out of the front of my house all while these cameras never picked anything up. I guess the sensitivity was too low, but when I turned it up the cameras caught any gust of wind and branch moving in my back yard. I wish I had my money back.

    Crisp and clear pictures, it captures everything and feel completely good having them up outside. And service is only 10 dollars a month? Best product I have bought, super easy to install and charge the batteries

    I've had 2 sets of the Arlo Pro 4 and the batteries only hold a charge for 3-4 days. This is a massive waste of my time and money as I still do not have cameras.

    Ive had these cameras for about a year and a half now. Truly awful. I bought 8 for around my home, have a mesh network in home, gigabit internet, and still have connection issues. Just so you know these cameras are not out of range. When I bring other wireless devices to the cameras locations, the other wireless devices have full bars, and work fine. The cameras show full bars, and still do not work. I have even gone to the extent of placeing a mesh network hub directly underneath one of the cameras, hub hardwired to router, and the camera is still unreliable. These cameras never work when they are needed. Constantly when I try to view the cameras live feed the cameras will not connect, or take 40 seconds to connect. Other constant issues are missing recordings altogether, not uploading to cloud reliably and at times all the cameras have software errors or the cloud service is down rendering them expensive paper weights. Finally to top it off, one of the cameras caught fire. If I hadn't spent several thousand dollars on these between Best Buy and Arlo directly they would be in the trash.

    Mine is junk. Constantly going offline after the due date has past to return them. Contact Arlo and did everything they asked and they are ok for a week then they go offline again especially when I’m not home and need them on. Nothing is wrong with my Wi-Fi.

    Love the cameras. We have 3 and the solar chargers. We have a lot of blind spots around the house and wanted to monitor the house, figure out where UPS and others were putting our packages and monitor the dog outside. Love them.

    We needed a wireless system for our house. The reviews on this product were very good. It was really easy to install and set up with the app on your cell phone. I'd highly recommend this product!
