    Battery life is awful. I'm up and down on the ladder every month, which is not going to work long term. I adjusted settings to minimize battery use and it did not help. Do not waste your money.

    Battery gets stuck

    Purchased July 2021 and no longer useable. Battery on all 3 gets stuck in the housing, support replaced one 12 months ago, stuck again. Was using a small suction cup on the front for sometime but can take 5 minutes. Done with Arlo.

    Having originally the arlo pro 2's which where great until you needed to zoom in on something these are a huge step up. especially no longer needing the use of the "smarthub" which not always worked well and had range issues. the video quality is a huge improvement and the spot light feature is great.

    I bought these and was easy to install but was a little lagging at first on vedio quality. Also 2 way comunication didnt work you couldnt talk to anyone but could hear them just fine. Contacted customer support and didnt resolve my issue just tried to hurry me off the phone to get to next customer complaint. In the end after 2 weeks i returned back and best buy gave a full refund and bought a different system.

    Wish I would have read the reviews first. Let me say I've had 5 Gen 1 Arlo cameras running for 10 years with overall generally good performance. These Arlo Pro4s are apparently a package specific to Best Buy and have been very buggy to say the least. The most important feature of Arlo is Animated Preview -- this is where a snapshot of the recording is taken and sent via a Push notification, email and appears on the Device list of the Arlo app. I rely on these as they will almost always give you an image for example of your Amazon package being delivered. Unfortunately it only works when it wants to - and usually not at all - which defeats the purpose of a security camera. I am getting notifications of recording however I can't go back and see the activity as I used to with my 10 year old Arlos. I didn't realize the return window expired already so now I'm stuck with garbage. Most likely will re-install my older cameras and use these only for live viewing spots. Ughhh. Avoid at all costs - no wonder they are over 50% markdown.

    Haven’t used them yet. I have older Arlo cameras and they have been great.

    nice images, easy to set up---but they sure don't work when its COLD...i.e. under zero, don't count on them.

    Easy to install, I receive alerts every time somebody pass by. Let’s see the battery lifetime and the subscription .

    The only thing I don’t like about this is the batteries go dead quickly if it is in a area with heavy traffic

    Constantly goes offline and never comes back online, until I remove the devise from my account, physically pull the battery, then add it back to my account. Terrible device!!! Especially if using it for a location where you are not... Spent more money on gas to reset it, than all my camera put together. Love the functions, however my Pro 2s never have a problem.

    This is my second Arlo system and i love it. I replaced my first generation system and what a great difference. Easily connects directly to wifi and camera coverage and clarity is awesome!! If you’re looking for a DIY camera system this is it!!
