    The Arlo pro has been a helpful security feature. We enjoyed it very much so far it is working well for our needs

    Very good product. Easy to set up and use. It takes a while to figure out the options and the nite vision could be better, but still recommended.

    Please don't waste your money. The return time has passed I would definitely return it. They have a delay in recording, if you don't look when you go in to watch live you will miss the action. There is no way to record without subscription, you can buy smarthub or base station you will still have to pay to record externally. The battery only lasts a "week" unless the area is very busy it will only last 3 days. It's a pain in the butt to take the stairs and change every 3 days. It has a free month of subscription but once you finish many functions of the camera, if you do not contract the most expensive plan, you lose them. It only sends alerts, it doesn't record, it turns on the light and you can talk, that's all. a $30 dollar camera would definitely do better.

    Needed a security camera in a temporary space.

    Set this up in a temporary storage spot and connected them to a 5G Internet router. The 2K video quality allows us to read license plates and clearly see people. The video doesn't overwhelm the internet connection either. Just what the doctor ordered.

    This camera is great. The sharpness is considerably better than the one I was using. And the spotlight is a great feature, especially as a deterrent.

    I'm a fan of Arlo. Overall, the Arlo 4 does the job. I love the 2K recording for monitoring the animals outside. I only wish ( as a generalization) that the batteries were cross-model compatible. That being said, it was a good purchase and would recommend ( despite its high cost).

    I’m getting a tad tired of recharging every single week . This battery was supposed to last longer than this

    Blurry picture when using zoom on app

    When zooming in, picture becomes very blurry. Using indoors it is very difficult to aim camera at floor to view dog using included magnetic mount. Blink at half the price has better picture quality.

      Thank you for sharing your Arlo Pro 4 experience. Try changing the power management setting to "Best Video" and make sure your upload speed is 2 Mbps upload per camera. We also want to mention that you can also mount your Arlo Pro 4 camera indoors with the Adjustable Indoor/Outdoor Short Mount (sold separately).     The Arlo Pro 4’s have an amazing picture quality, this set up is way easier with the step-by-step app, it came with two different mounting brackets which were easy to use, I have tried a couple other brands that I feel were too intrusive and will definitely be sticking with Arlo..

    I had really high hopes for these. I have used another brand for years and thought I would give these a try as I was going to upgrade. Unfortunately, the cameras were lagging, and one of the cameras was not capturing motion like the others were. Went through all the settings and had the cameras all on the same settings, but the one closest to my router was not working for some reason. Took them down and kept my old ones.

    im taking the time to write a review so someone else doesn't buy this product. battery life is literally days. once free trial ends they are worthless. you have to plug them into ac for some features to continue to work. wireless cam that needs plugged in.... if you are willing to pay a monthly fee to have features, then this is for you don't do it

    Finally installed these a couple day ago. No complaints yet, very easy to setup, picks up motion from a fair distance away, from cars and people to animals wandering around the yard at night. Great video and sound; even helped to inform a pizza delivery guy he had the wrong address while I was away from home.

    Excellent camera. The video quality is great. No issues with the WIFi connection. The battery life is not as bad as I thought. We have one connected to a solar panel. That one goes back to 100% every day when there’s some sun. The other one, with no solar panel is at 87% after 2 weeks of low to medium traffic.

    Recently switched from another product. The visuals are so much clearer in the Arlo app, even when zooming in. I just wish Arlo could add a live view of all devices when opening the app without having to select the device and wait for it to connect. Overall, better value and quality.
