I can pick what areas in the camera view that triggers the motion detectors. So my front camera is no triggered by every car that drives by my house!

But every two to 3 days had to change the batteries.

Terrible product and no customer support

Mobile phone app is so badly designed it's nearly unusable. Impossible to get direct customer support to help with problems, since they rely on a useless chatbot and customer chat group.

Frustrated in Michigan

I went to store to have Total tech members help me and they couldn't. When I went to the store manager, she basically said-oh well, to bad. I can't get ahold of Arlo. The number they gave me tells me to go to their web site and when I did, they ask for a code from my receipt, which there wasn't a number and Best Buy agent didn't know anything about this receipt, so my cameras don't record and as of right now there's nothing I can do about it.

But what makes the camera even better is the whole Arlo software/App. Easy to use and adjust. Just wish Pro 4’s can be on the continuous video record mode(CVR).

Had difficulty detecting camera with phone or tablet to pair and set up remote access. Once up and running though, I am happy with the results. From work, I was able to see our dog on the sofa using the Arlo app I installed on my phone, and yell at the dog to get off the sofa.

I found that I can zoom in on license plates and see who has come close to the house. This is an excellent addition to my arlo floodlight. I have it at least 30 feet away from the base station.
