    Great security camera! Easy to install and set up. No hub needed! Clear video and user friendly. Battery life is good, recharging is fast and replacement is easy. I have several cameras from other companies (Ring, Blink, Defender) and this is my favorite by far.

    Good cameras, just wish the spot light wouldnt run the battery down so fast. Thats the only reason for not giving a 5 star rating

    Love the cameras. We have 3 and the solar chargers. We have a lot of blind spots around the house and wanted to monitor the house, figure out where UPS and others were putting our packages and monitor the dog outside. Love them.

    Support is terrible; no documentation; no detailed feature list available for when you try to get rid of the subscription. Billions of notifications for the same event with 10sec videos even when setup to record the whole event for up to 5minutes. I have been enable to talk through the cameras. I added a smarthub so I could drop the subscription after the trial period thinking I would only lose the smart notifie (animal/person/package identification) but reading people complaints that there is no remote access without subscription… Arlo seem to just want to milk the subscription and is dishonest (or more: not up front) about the product features.

    Only stays charged about 5-6 days. Need to get solar charger like my other camera.

    Solid build quality, except it requires an expensive hub to get all features. Hub is difficulty to buy, without buying a bundle. HomeKit is not available out of the box where less expensive cameras of similar build quality come with it and don’t require a hub. Only some of their cameras have anti theft, this one does not, so it would need a $50 accessory if necessary. In total this would have cost me over $400. There are better options out there.

    Crisp and clear pictures, it captures everything and feel completely good having them up outside. And service is only 10 dollars a month? Best product I have bought, super easy to install and charge the batteries

    Horrible software system. First time I went to recharge the batteries the app could no longer locate or recognize the camera. Had to uninstall it and then reinstall. Geofencing doesn’t locate or identify the camera half the time. Finally it to work again. Then after reinstalling the camera to my wife’s phone the app on my phone stopped recognizing it. A woefully inadequate software functionality.

    Attractive looking Battery life is not as advertised With minimal traffic they last 3 weeks at best, not good!

    Please Don’t haha , I have a gigabit internet connection and the Cameras worked yeah but they’re extremely delayed even Using the Hub. It was ridiculous how delayed they were between 25-40 seconds, quality was great but live view was a huge point for me

    Its really good the only problem is I lose Wi-Fi sometimes. But the more I use it the more I learn. I would recommend it.

    Horrible customer service!!! Dont buy!!!

    I have an older Arlo system, that works perfectly. I was told that my systems would work seamlessly with the new system... NOT THE CASE!!! Terrible compatibility. I was told that in order to see my recording, i have to do one of 3 things: 1.Pay for subscription 2. Plug my external hard drive to a computer. 3. Buy a upgraded Base station.I was on for over an hour with technical support " troubleshooting" the issue. The technical support agent says about 1 hr in that he knew that i would have to do one of the 3 options that were named above. Terrible customer service from "Chris".
