    Didn't want to pay for a subscription at $10 per c

    We have 4 Arlo pro 2 cameras we bought this to add to it but then realize we had to have a subscription for $10 per camera and took it back and kept the Arlo pro too that worked great with no subscription.

    Disconnects randomly, refuses to reconnect. Learned shortly after purchase Arlo was going to be enforcing a form of planned obsolescence. Additionally, much of the advertised functionality requires a recurring subscription.

    Not the best decision i made as an adult. So not worth the money. They sometimes just don't work.

    Great product, has everything I was looking for. What is really nice was the activity zone. I can pick what areas in the camera view that triggers the motion detectors. So my front camera is no triggered by every car that drives by my house!

    Great security cameras with nice clear video. Bought these in addition to Ultra 2 cameras which are even nicer but these still provide nice, clear video. Love having the two way audio.

    Was not as easy to set up as expected. Had difficulty detecting camera with phone or tablet to pair and set up remote access. Once up and running though, I am happy with the results. From work, I was able to see our dog on the sofa using the Arlo app I installed on my phone, and yell at the dog to get off the sofa.

    Perfect product. I ordered this for the hallway. Great view, sound and color. Even on night mode.Its a lil tricky setting it up in the beginning but after i found out the problem it started working.

    I didnt like the image, the video was slow and the imagen in the dark wasnt good

    It wasn’t worth buying

    I bought this package last march and I’m ready to throw it in the trash. I’ve had issues trying to share the online recording with my fiancé and it seems like an impossible task. If you don’t have their subscription, you’re unable to speak to online chats to problem solve and Arlo expects you to comb through forums to figure it out. A SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE STORAGE. It took me a couple of months to calibrate these cameras. I’ve had critters tear up my yard and my dog got out of the front of my house all while these cameras never picked anything up. I guess the sensitivity was too low, but when I turned it up the cameras caught any gust of wind and branch moving in my back yard. I wish I had my money back.

    I purchased this for my father in law’s security in December. In February, it completely shut down. After hours of troubleshooting, we replaced the power cord and battery, and after severL hours, got it working again, only for it to die again 3 months later. Will replace with more reliable hardware from Ring.

    Night Vision optics, without the spotlight have improved! I found that I can zoom in on license plates and see who has come close to the house. This is an excellent addition to my arlo floodlight. I have it at least 30 feet away from the base station.

    I prefer Pro 3 because the video is better and clothed to the object. Also the Pro 3 battery less longer

    Terrible product, with virtually no usable documentation to provide assistance in setting it up, and extremely finicky to try to get it working. Mobile phone app is so badly designed it's nearly unusable. Impossible to get direct customer support to help with problems, since they rely on a useless chatbot and customer chat group.

    The cameras work perfectly as expected. I decided not to use the spotlight on this model (Pro 4) as I felt it was a little annoying at times, however, it was great that you have the option to disable it.
