    Mounting bracket is different from other Arlo

    These are different than ALL other Arlo cameras. There mounting bracket is Unique. They are not inter changeable with any othe Arlo mount. This bracket is cheap plastic which will degrade with sun exposure. Don’t make the mistake in buying these especially if you have other Arlo cameras.

    I uograded from an arlo 2 pro and the picture wuality is better snd i like the fact that theres a light now. The cameras seem to be much faster as well

    Resolution isn’t all that good . Not good for acreage monitoring. Don’t buy if you wanna record 24/7

    Great camera system super easy too use. I’ve recommended them too a hand full of friends and told them too buy from your store because if anything goes wrong it’s super easy too get them replaced or the problem resolved

    Added these to my existing Arlo3 setup as i wanted more camera's. Works great, plus i needed an external battery charger which this bundle included

    I got these along with a pair of Arlo Q's and a doorbell. I had to factory reset the doorbell and one of the Pro 4's to get them to connect. Other than that, they installed beautifully and do exactly the job I've asked of them.

    Biggest complaint is battery drain. Designated an activity zone, which didn’t seem to make a difference. Have to buy a solar panel, or hardwire it to be useful. Even the one in the back, which doesn’t detect motion much needed charged in less than a month. Plan on the additional cost of keeping them powered if you get these.

    Your Arlo Pro 4 cameras do not function at the same range as our old Arlo 1 cameras. There are no videos saved, when Arlo 1 still has a week of video history. Arlo pro 4 is so stupidly sensitive that setting motion alert to 10% would still result in the camera picking up small leaf and flag movement. Your Best Buy return policy was shorter than the camera benefits lasted, so now that we know we are not satisfied we can no longer return it. We are deeply upset at both Best Buy and Arlo for selling and providing such a poor product to us.

    I bought this as an additional camera system for work and it's incredible! I do wish the battery life was longer, but we make do. I just change them once a week. Love that I can check in on work from home on my phone.

    Very easy to set up. Very clear view. To recharge the battery, you have to keep the battery in the camera and plug into an outlet. Best Buy didn’t have extra batteries or the charging tray.

    It would not sync with our internet despite multiple tries. There was no phone number or support service available in the instructions or on line. We eventually took it back for a refund.

    Not in use. Very complicated for old folks. Constantly changing batteries. Did everything possible to save battery drainage to no avail. So that was 400.00 wasted.

    I bought these cameras about 6 months ago. When i first installed them they were good for about a week or two. When i say good i mean perfect. The picture quality was amazing. Too bad that didn’t last for long. About 4 months in i noticed it was VERY laggy. It’s not my internet connection because i have the top speed and even did a speed upload/download test. The video would only record HALF of what was happening. The sound cuts out half way through the recording. I still don’t understand why. The subscription is free for 3 months. After that this is the most pointless security camera there it. It won’t record. It’s just there for show. When i click on the video to watch what’s going on live it’s not even live. It’s about a 10 minute lag when watching “live” i called Arlo and they sent me a new camera i just had to pay $16 for shipping. (I was still under warranty) Anyways when this new camera came it was still the same exact problem. Even the app is a nightmare. These camera is definitely not worth the price. Just stay away.

    Camera is great, battery life is a bit questionable. Extremely tough to keep in my back yard because i have dogs that constantly trigger the Morin detector which turns on the light and stains the battery within 2 weeks. Would be great to be able to ignore some things to extend battery life
