    Battery runs out so fast. It said 6 months on the website but mine run out every 2-3 days. That’s not what security camera is supposed to be. Very disappointed! Definitely do not recommend this brand to any of my friend ever!

    We ended up returning these cameras. No matter what settings we adjusted them to, the batteries all drained within 2 days. We added wifi extenders to get a stronger signal, which did not help. We adjusted the sensitivity down and it would auto adjust back up. No matter what we did, the batteries were all drained in 2 days.

    No go in the cold.

    For me, I can only give a 3 star. I can see others giving more but if you live in a cold environment like MN in the winter, these wont work. Once it gets so cold, the cameras stop. Well that completely defeats the purpose of installing in the first place. They also dont sell heaters or other housing for them. Its really a shame.

    Mounting bracket is different from other Arlo

    These are different than ALL other Arlo cameras. There mounting bracket is Unique. They are not inter changeable with any othe Arlo mount. This bracket is cheap plastic which will degrade with sun exposure. Don’t make the mistake in buying these especially if you have other Arlo cameras.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Delay of over 30 seconds and battery life maybe last a month with not enough replacements for all so one camera during charge time would always be down.

    Save your money it work for a day and then it's out for four or five day and said bad wifi when all my other devices work work great so to late to make it short arlo sucks.

    This is really useless. After I have bought a separate hub to be able to connect to HomeKit. I found out that I you can use HomeKit recordings option. Arlo forces you to use they monthly plans.

    Resolution isn’t all that good . Not good for acreage monitoring. Don’t buy if you wanna record 24/7

    Get the silicone wraps

    Excellent camera's until there used outside. They say they're weatherproof but don't believe it. I've had mine just over a year and already the image is foggy and not worth the time. I would highly recommend getting the silicone wraps that are made for Arlo cameras otherwise you'll buy new camera's every year or so!

    I like the Cameras but the customer service was terrible waited 30 min for them to trouble shoot a battery test which is just crazy to me

    I bought this as an additional camera system for work and it's incredible! I do wish the battery life was longer, but we make do. I just change them once a week. Love that I can check in on work from home on my phone.

    I purchased the Arlo cameras and I they won't record. I went to store to have Total tech members help me and they couldn't. When I went to the store manager, she basically said-oh well, to bad. I can't get ahold of Arlo. The number they gave me tells me to go to their web site and when I did, they ask for a code from my receipt, which there wasn't a number and Best Buy agent didn't know anything about this receipt, so my cameras don't record and as of right now there's nothing I can do about it.

    Very easy to set up. Very clear view. To recharge the battery, you have to keep the battery in the camera and plug into an outlet. Best Buy didn’t have extra batteries or the charging tray.

    I uograded from an arlo 2 pro and the picture wuality is better snd i like the fact that theres a light now. The cameras seem to be much faster as well

    It would not sync with our internet despite multiple tries. There was no phone number or support service available in the instructions or on line. We eventually took it back for a refund.
