    Only two cameras work

    The 3rd camera would not update or connect so it's useless. I purchased TWO of these systems and BOTH done the exact same thing. And Arlo customer service will email you back days later instead of talking to someone now; which is ridiculous.

    Arlo Wireless Camera System - No Customer Service

    I have never purchased an electronic type system that doesn't have a 1 800 number to call if the consumer needs assistance! First system would not connect to Wifi, which was verified by the Internet Provider to be 2.4g, so the BB Rep said to return the system. Received new system, same issue. Set up Geek Squad appt. just in case. No resolution, returning the second system for a full refund. Not recommended!

    This is a great camera. I added this to my system as a replacement for an older 1st generation Arlo. It was fast and easy to swap the camera into the system.

    Great cameras. Excellent picture quality. The app allows you the ability change the video settings and notifications easily. Great security product but they are a little pricey.

    I bought this in part because of the claim of 6-month battery life. I got a 10%-battery notification 27 days after buying it (and, yes, I did charge it to full the day I got it). 27 days to drop by 90% suggests 30 days for 100%. I know it depends on usage; but this is ludicrous.

    It’s a great piece of technology but the battery is not as advertised. You can change settings to make it better battery life, less sensitive and specific activity zones to make it more efficient for your needs but it still depleted faster than the 6 month timeline.

    Customer Service from this company is HORRIBLE

    It’s a pretty good camera when it works. But when it stops working, you’re on your own because their customer service is THE WORST. My IR LEDs stopped working and I’ve spend more than 7 hours total with 3 different representatives telling me to the same thing, almost verbatim. It’s really annoying. Yes, I restarted it. Yes, I’m on the latest version of the app. Yes, I’ve tried switching the toggles back and forth. Yes, I’m on the same WiFi. I know how to trouble basic issues I’m a millennial with an engineering background. They just want to tire you out so you buy a replacement. But because I hate them so much now I’m going with a different brand and letting everyone else know.

    Camera quality is great. Especially recording at night. I’m wish the microphone was a little louder but overall, it’s a solid choice. Saving up for the floodlight.

    Great video quality and connection is stable. It's a bit over priced but I can't fault the quality. So far it's great purchase, I plan to add a few more in the future.

    It only worked for 2 days, and we had to charge the battery several times! Then it would just stop connecting to the internet. Bought a cheap 50$ one and have never had an issue

    Pro 4 vs Pro 3

    I purchased the Pro 4 camera system at Best Buy. It was the wrong system for me. I had intended on purchasing the Pro 3 system. This system has a hub & I can record video w/o using the Cloud. I returned the unopened box & exchanged it for a Pro 3. It works like I had intended for it to work. The guy at Best Buy was extremely helpful.

    Works great. Like that i don't need a hub. I was able to connect to a wifi extender so i could get better reception than my Pro 3 using the hub.

    Wonderful bright clear pictures, night or day. I never realized so many creatures are out and about at night. Some good shots of our mailman and UPS drivers too.

    DO NOT BUY!!! Arlo cameras were definitely my worst decision to buy, they are slow, have poor stability and worst thing I have to recharge the batteries every 2 WEEKS!!!
