    I didn't like this product!is hard to connect to WiFi,I try every steps and still didn't hook up to my phone!they look nice.

    The only thing i wished about the Arlo cameras is the recording time which it only records for 20 seconds! I perfer continuous recording, but everything else I liked the audio, and the wide range recording area.

    Just got it installed today. Very easy to navigate on my phone. My electrician said he always recommends the Arlo camera to customers.

    Terrible. Should have gone with blink. I ordered in advance of some work being done at my house so I didn’t put them up for a month or so. I had a free month trial of Arlo secure. Now that my trial is up , I’m forced to pay $8 per month for one camera video storage. That was $2.99 less than a year ago. Blink offers the same package for $3 per month. Save your money.

    Very expensive, battery does not last as long as they say. 1 camera has no volume. Been using the older Arlos for a few years. Thought the newer Pros would be better, Picture is better but not worth the money to me.

    When you think of Arlo you think of ease of use, quality, and reliable service. Well change your thinking. After purchasing this indoor/outdoor HUB not required camara it never worked correctly. It paid fine in the app but had not signal no matter where it was placed. I have a mesh wifi system at home with 1000 Fiber internet and a coverage of about 5000 square feet. Spent hours resetting it and repairing it. Reading forum after forum. Configuring advanced wifi setting on my Orbi system. Chatting with there tech support online and over the phone. Yet... nothing seemed to make it want to work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THERE PRODUCTS ANYMORE. I then returned to store and purchased a Eufy security HUB and two 2K indoor/outdoor cameras. They immediately hooked up to my wifi and work anywhere I place them.

    Great cameras easy to set up. I looked into getting security cameras and found Arlo to be more of a bargain than Cox cable security.

    Great daytime images. Unfortunately, competent thieves work at night, and the night vision did not work. Customer service is the webpage with FAQs. Tried all the recommended remedies to no avail. I give an extra star because of the easy return policy.

    Solar battery continued to fail to charge batteries; sensitivity not suffice t to preclude recording of mosquitos, birds nor squirrels — result was numerous ‘nuisance alerts’ and batter life limits.
