    A little on the pricey side but video quality and how it’s made makes this the best on the market. Highly recommend.

    Upgrade from my Arlo 2’s. Easy setup and use. Will miss the free storage the Arlo 2’s provided.

    The quality of the camera and sound are not that great and I have it on the inside of my home. So should be great quality

    Use to be a great company with cloud services

    Arlo was originally a great name that offered the first true wireless security cameras and cloud storage. Still has the same nice design but in the crowded market and now charging you monthly fees for cloud storage they are a secondary consideration.

      Additionally, we’ve added new Priority Support services to benefit Arlo users with service plans and users currently on an Arlo trial which includes priority agent assignment and support via chat and phone, which will be effective October 4, 2021.

      If you do not have a service plan (paid or trial), but your product is within warranty, you’ll still have access to support through agent-assisted support via chat, virtual assistant, and through Arlo Community. Please navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.

    Issue with cameras after few months

    The first few months were great with product.It first started with 1 camera not working. 2 months later, the 2nd camera stopped working. I tried troubleshooting for hours , but I had no luck. Also, it doesn't always record with motion. App issues as well. Sometimes, you're not able to view recordings for a few days with a paid subscription. Unfortunately I will probably have to take a loss & find a better solution for my home. Bought this in December of 2022

    The battery on these devices don’t last. It says it can last up to 6 months but that’s if you they are used minimal or on standby. As if security systems were made to be on standby…. Arlo does not account for daily activities, pets, birds and anything else that may set off the cameras. In my opinion, I don’t want to disarm my house because the point is to catch security footage at a given time. However, due to battery performance I have to give up security. I am realistic about batteries not lasting forever, but the battery of these devices does not last up to 2 months with moderate use.

    Okay battery quality - would definitely spend the extra few dollars for the next release without the hub. The battery life has been poor compared to the others

    Sure they would be great if they would connect to my Wi-Fi. And past the return date. So stuck with expensive cameras. Sucks for real but delivery was fast.
