    All cameras keep going off line randomly almost as much as they are on. All at different times. Geek squad cannot even figure out why even though speed tests are always excellent whether they are on or off. Rebooted several times and factory reset all cameras, new modem/router, split bandwidth and connected to dedicated 2.4 go line and problem persists.

    Works well in coverage and clear video,does not work once it gets to cold(motion detection),plus batteries don’t last to long,customer service for Arlo isn’t that great either

    Worst cameras to configured and when you try asking the chat support for a customer service phone number, let me advise that if you do not have a subscription….. you will not get any further from there but only chat support!!! Also they do not work with spectrum wifi 6 router but other cameras that i have in the house works…. Awkward but accurate!! What can i say… they are going back to them and get me something that i can really relay on them!!!!!

    The camera itself is excellent. What surprised me is that the batteries from my Arlo Pro2 do not fit, even though they appear that they will. There is also no way to use the Pro2 solar charger for the Pro4.

    My Two Pack Experience

    The unique thing about this two pack is the mounts and magnets. The two cameras have metal inside the case towards the back. You will see this when you remove the camera from the casing. One mount is on a swivel and the other mount has a magnet. Other than that, the two pack comes with two cameras, batteries, the individual mounts and the papers.

    I have 5 Arlo Ultra cameras around my homes perimeter. I tried the Arlo Pro 4 for inside. I did not like it for inside the home. It was not that detailed. Much better for outdoors for an area type security.

    Easy to add to my Base Hub. Worked great viewing local recorded videos until the trial subscription expired (which I did not sign up for). Once expired, no local recording to USB in my Base Station.Had they been clear on what I would NOT get, I never would have purchased.

    very disappointed. i been having the original arlo pro for about 5 years now and i like it. i decided to get this arlo pro 4 cause of the "2k" capability instead of just 1080p of the regular arlo and i was highly disappointed. the pro4 is almost twice the size of the arlo pro and its imagine quality its worse than the original 1080p arlo. i tried them side to side with the live video on and the original arlo won. i even tried a second arlo pro4 camera just in case the first one was defective but the results were the same.
