I decided to get the Ring instead and installed it with no problem at all.

Arlo support has not helped efficiently. They are view only cameras even though the box says you have 3 months of free recordings.

I will return and commit to a wired camera system instead. Visually they are very appealing too. But If you are looking for simple install, don’t mind charging the cameras every 2 1/2 weeks, having lower quality video with lag in video/2way communication this is the system for you!

Not magnetic

Issue with cameras after few months

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The first few months were great with product.It first started with 1 camera not working. 2 months later, the 2nd camera stopped working. I tried troubleshooting for hours , but I had no luck. Also, it doesn't always record with motion. App issues as well. Sometimes, you're not able to view recordings for a few days with a paid subscription. Unfortunately I will probably have to take a loss & find a better solution for my home. Bought this in December of 2022
