    Strong Camera Requires 2.4 ghz Only for Set Up

    This is a feature packed camera. Unfortunately, it will only initially set up on a 2.4 ghz WiFi connection. Both the phone with the setup app and the WiFi network have to be 2.4 ghz. There is not a way to force a dual band iPhone and a dual band Google Nest wifi into a 2.4 ghz only connection. Had to return it and get different brand dual WiFi band cameras.

    Great cameras great features but they only last about 8 months im on my 3rd set of cameras due to battery issues

    They sucks. The camera's alert system is very slow. If something is moving it will turn on but miss its target. For just viewing the camera there great but for home security try something else before wasting your money.

    I am disappointed in this device. It isn't a security device because it doesn't record on motions or when you didn't turn it on from the application. Which defy the purpose of having a security camera. Example. U are sleeping, and something happened. There will be no recording because u are not awake to turn on the devices on applications.

    I think if it hadn't been too long to return it, I would have taken it back without hesitation. This is a very bad product. The first month of this camera was good, but from the second month on, the camera couldn’t turn on the microphone, and there was noise every time I turned it on, and the people on the other side of the camera couldn’t hear my voice.

    Not a great system. Worked wonderful during trial period. Not so much after trail expired. Customer service is non existent!

    One of the 3 cameras gave out within 2 days of purchase. Keeping them synced is a complete hassle. Cannot recommend these newer Arlo cameras.
