    Excellent video quality, easy set up, good app. Unfortunately, this is not a practical solution for Minnesota. Battery lasts 4 to 5 days at high 20s to low 50s, even in a low traffic area and using Best Battery Life and turning off spotlight. This is happening in late November, not even winter in Minnesota

    Battery quality is very bad I have to charge every day plus the video quality is not really good

    Works well, the app needs to make more adjustments as it kills my phone battery from notifications every time the wind blows or my kids are playing outside.

    So far all seems to be working well after receiving defective cameras and doorbell which took 2 months to resolve and recieve new equipment

    We had issues with installation and the tech support team was just not responsive or knowledgeable. Took them back and traded for nest cams.

    this will be the last Arlo product I buy. I've been using Arlo camera since you had to by disposable batteries for them. The tech is better but the customer service is terrible and the cost is really high for Arlo to send me an EOL warning/notice and they never did support the software well anyway. I pay for their service, no free 7 days anymore

    Not sure of I got a bad camera or what, it started off great but gradually getting worse and worse in clearity both audible and visual. I have a constant interference sound with ticking while watching live feeds. Not always with recorded video, and also the resolution at night has become so bad, when looking at my truck in the driveway it looks like Playstation 1 graphics from 2000. Returning this camera and hopefully either get a functioning one or just pay more and try my luck with the Ultra 4k cam

    Unable to record locally when connected to an Arlo Smarthub. You must pay for subscription service to access recorded videos at 2k, zone sensing, and other features that should be basic. It is supposed to connect so Apple HomeKit when connected to Smarthub but it does not. (Or at least I have yet to figure it out after spending over 4 hours going through Manuels, website, Q&A, and forums.

    Worked great at first, but I have an issue with one camera 3 months after install. Main camera loses connection and stops recording and I have to reset. I have great internet service. This camera is the closest to the router. This was disappointing because my car alarm went off and I did not have access to the video to see what set my alarm off. I think hard wire might be a better way to go.

    The first three pack had one bad camera that would not synch up, replaced it once, and it still did not. Changed it again, and this time it worked. However, now I am getting a low battery signal from it, although it is connected to a solar panel to keep it charged. No problem with the other two cameras. So, the system is good when the hardware functions properly. Maybe I am having bad luck?

    Would give zero stars if I could. The trial for Arlo secure just ended, so now I've seen the both sides of that. With the subscription service, we had substantial issues with the camera, namely connectivity issues, frozen motion notifications which would crash the battery, and motion sensor set off by sunlight. Without the subscription service, the camera is basically useless. You cannot set activity zones unless it is plugged up to AC power. With the direction it faces and the view angle, without the activity zones, it just notifies all day (useless). I bought a solar charger, and the activity zones work with the subscription service with solar power there is no reason why they should not work without the subscription service. Of all the expersive tech products I've purchased in the last 10 years, I think I am disappointed by this one the most
