Overall, this is adequate. Some struggles with recording at night. Footage is not as clear.

Battery discharge in two days no matter I put the range to the minimum. Bad item.

Excellent product, nevertheless Arlo’s customer service is very bad

it's a nice camera with two-way audio, alert notification identification are awesome, tells if detect people, animal, or car.

These cameras have a great picture. The app is easy to use also. But, buyer beware, if they disconnect from your wifi for whatever reason, then reconnecting or reinstalling them will be horrific! And effective Oct 2021, customer service is only available online thru chat! You cannot reach a tech support agent by phone! I had a problem that we worked on for days, and in the end we’re not able to reconnect them! I ended up throwing them away! So terrible, and expensive!

We can not figure out how to use it. It came with no instructions. Apparently we need a piece we did not know about. We went back to the store to ask for help and nobody knew how to work it there either.

Great so far! The only draw back is that good instructions are not included. It took us forever just to figure out how to open the backs to insert the batteries. Lol. As well, you have to search for the manual online to learn how to use the various modes available.

It gives a late reaction to any movement. Also doesn’t alert me when someone pulls in my driveway only if they get out and walk.

One camera continuously sends notification with nothing to display. One camera shut down on its own. Total frustration. Also, I did not think support was much of help at all.

The cameras work okay but there have been a few issues and the company has no tech support.

Its really good the only problem is I lose Wi-Fi sometimes. But the more I use it the more I learn. I would recommend it.

I wasn’t able to ever get them to record or go live. I called arlo and they claim it was my internet and so I upgraded my internet. Still didn’t help. I called them back and they couldn’t figure it out. Told me they would have to call me back. So I ended up just returning them and getting my money back.

I was excited at first to get Arlo, especially to hear it so called worked with HomeKit. Well that excitement ended quickly! For the amount of money these cameras are, they are horrible! They have a huge lag, I even had the hub. The camera constantly showed a half green picture. The battery life is HORRIBLE! I even adjusted the settings lower. The app freezes and logs me out, high subscription fees for barley anything. Its extra for continuous recording, and its per camera to add. Also customer service and their response time. Is probably some of the worst I’ve experienced. This is my honest review from what I experienced with these cameras. I honestly say avoid, luckily I’ve finally been able to sell majority of them to where i can cancel my subscription.

We love this Arlo Motion Activated spotlight. We can’t believe how incredibly bright it is. We have a lot of land and it lights up the entire backyard. Always let’s us know where the dogs are in the back yard!

I love it, would recommend this to anyone. Best gift I gotten.

I bought this Arlo camera but not happy because it’s not easy to communicate with app. I was only able to connect 1 camera, other two camera never connected with app. Don’t buy this system

The cameras work perfectly as expected. I decided not to use the spotlight on this model (Pro 4) as I felt it was a little annoying at times, however, it was great that you have the option to disable it.

I would not recommend Arlo camera system. It is constantly offline and batteries that are supposed to last 3 to 6 months are needing charged every 4 days despite taking the activity zones down to bare minimum. Wasted 5oo bucks on this system.

These cameras are useless without you signing up for the company’s plan, which also means you have to pay extra every month. Total scam! I wouldn’t have bought them if I had known that.
