    This is really useless. After I have bought a separate hub to be able to connect to HomeKit. I found out that I you can use HomeKit recordings option. Arlo forces you to use they monthly plans.

    I have the original Arlo pro and was expecting this to be a big upgrade but it just wasn’t, The picture quality at night was worse and I’m just not impressed. Also it requires a monthly subscription and my original pro cameras don’t so I’m returning these.

    Upgraded from the Pro 2. Love the new magnetic charging cable. Also these cameras can connect directly to your wi-fi without a base station that is required for most of the outdoor cameras. Definitely recommend.

    Should have googled reviews from people before buying honestly because EVERYONE reports the same problems: its almost a guarantee 1 of the cameras will be defective right out of the box, and even the ones that work, struggle to keep a connection to the internet despite running at super fast speeds otherwise. For nearly 600 dollars, I would absolutely not recommend these.

    We purchased a 4 camera system a few years ago and needed to replace one of the cameras. This was the perfect fit ... easy to add to our existing account on the app and the battery lasts much longer than the previous models.

    Great camera system. I have had Arlo for several years and recommend it to our parents! Recently I had to sign up to pay for a monthly subscription which was shocking and didn’t know years ago that this had to be an option!

    Cameras are great at first. But after less then 2 years of use they wash out and fog up. Can not recommend. There is no "live" person to contact, only "Communities". Customer service is a joke at best.

    Buy a Ring camera

    It said my internet wasn't strong enough so I bought a booster pod from Xfinity and still said it was bad. So I returned it and bought Ring cameras and they were much easier to set up and connected to my internet and it said the single was strong.

    Check the UPLOAD speed at your house for wireless

    I think the product may be good but I have not been able to connect it since I have been told the upload speed on my Xfinity internet isnt enough to handle these wireless cameras....I was unaware of this and when I went to return them.....thinking it was a 30 day return policy I found I was too late!!!! NOT HAPPY!!! I spent over $800 and NO ONE at the store (and I was at two locations for this purchase) ever mentioned that!!!! my upload speed is only 17 and I have been told I should have more like 100 to control these wireless products...

    It’s nearly impossible to activate them. One of them isn’t even working and when I spoke to them, it disconnected and they never reached out to me

    Only had the system up and running for about a week. Taking some time to explore all the options and figuring out placement of cameras. Trying to learn the system but it has helped to have the downloaded manual to refer to.

    Horrible product. The advertising says 3-6 months of battery life per charge but mine kept draining down in less than a month. If my internet went out, the cameras had to be manually re-installed. These were purchased and used at a cottage an hour away, there was no coverage for days to weeks at a time. This was my second set of cameras which performed worse than the first. I’m done with Arlo products
