    The Arlo system is exactly what we wanted to easily view our property whether we are home or away. I'd highly recommend Arlo and the Geek squad installation.

    I bought the cheaper model first, but then replaced it with this one because of buggy connection/activation issues. Then this one said the wifi was weak but the other one (the Essential that I returned) said it was strong in the same location.

    We thought these cameras would be good. But the Geek Squad could not get them to link up to the app. We ended up returning them.

    Not sure what we are doing wrong, but the night vision on this is terrible. I have reset the camera multiple times and the picture quality is just not there at night. Daytime viewing is great. Also they are very expensive to not have a great view.

    They lose battery too quickly. Maybe get 2 weeks out of a charge. Constantly logs you off. Will say off line when it gets to cold outside.

    Arlo advertises a 6 month battery life, but in practice it lasts more like 1-2 weeks. Pretty unacceptable, so I ended up returning it. Best Buy was great in facilitating the return.

    Bought these for my sons house. I had the previous version and loved them. His are far better than mine and don’t require a base station.

    Battery does not last more than a week if that! Says it’s in color at night but turns to black & white.

    Arlo Pro 4 wireless This is the worst product in the market. The battery lasts and average of 3 days with minimum recordings. To go live view takes about 10 to 14 seconds. Arlo will make jump through hoop to send you a battery replacement. The resale value is less than 25% Credits where deserved recording are neath day and night. The Arlo App is reliable.

    Probably the least reliable cameras you can buy. The app logs you out several times a day, and will not save recordings while logged out (and thats IF they decide to save in the first place)

    HAVE PRO 4 AND ONE WAS PENETRATED WITH WATER WHICH CAUSED NO VIZABILITY SO THEY REPLACED IT WITH NEW ONE
