We want to mention that although the Arlo Solar Panel is designed to keep your Arlo camera’s battery fully charged, heavy usage of your camera can drain the camera battery faster than the solar panel can recharge it. The 2-watt Arlo Solar Panel is designed to provide year-round trickle charging to keep your Arlo camera battery charged, not to charge your camera battery from low to full.

If camera is set to record every motion it gets 24/7 and you stream it live frequently, it might drain its battery life faster than what is expected. Thank you for your review. Arlo Cameras have a maximum line-of-sight range of 300 feet. Please keep in mind that this may be reduced by each wall, ceiling, or other major obstruction between the camera and SmartHub/Router.
