Absolutely Useless

Arrived today and set up was easy but the prdicur is garbage the live screen doesnt refresh. A sketch artist woukd ve faster. Wfi strength is fine. Bitterly disappointed and will send back for nest or something wlse.

Useless

Apparently we need a piece we did not know about. We went back to the store to ask for help and nobody knew how to work it there either.

Also these cameras can connect directly to your wi-fi without a base station that is required for most of the outdoor cameras. Definitely recommend.

Recently I had to sign up to pay for a monthly subscription which was shocking and didn’t know years ago that this had to be an option!

15 day return policy is ridiculous.

The website said they would be delivered the next day. They did not arrive on time, has to go to the store to purchase similar cameras. Best Buy’s return policy is 15 days, we got back on day 16 so now we’re stuck with the cameras.

I don’t recommend these.

Also it requires a monthly subscription and my original pro cameras don’t so I’m returning these.

Buy a Ring camera

So I returned it and bought Ring cameras and they were much easier to set up and connected to my internet and it said the single was strong.
