Awful camera

Issue with Samsung GS11

I have bought 2 items and same annoying problem with both. When i scan the bar code to register the device it tries for 5 minutes, and then says it cannot find it. I tried everything for 90 minutes. Then tried on my wife's apple phone and worked first try. Support is terrible. They were no help

Arlo doesn’t work in PR - plans not available

App is very useful for managing cameras. Only issue is WiFi connection could be stronger, but we could just be our WiFi. Would purchase again!
