I really liked your system for capturing people, animals, packages, the one that you can activate an alarm from your cell phone or simply that by clicking on your cell phone you can talk on camera, the battery has already been two weeks and is great, good performance and good video quality both during the day and at night, I'm happy with this choice, and the best thing is that it's not magnetic, so it doesn't get stolen

I have several versions of Arlo cameras, so I'm happy to say adding the Arlo Pro4 fit in easily to my existing system. What's new with the Pro4? Well, if you don't already have an Arlo hub - you can use this camera without one! Myself, I integrated it with a hub and added it into my scheduled modes and recording rules. Works like a champ. There are plenty of other features...all listed in the product description - to me the hub-less ability stands out the most. I haven't had it long, but battery life has held strong thus far. Image quality is great - options for Field of View include 160 degree wide and, 125 degree standard and 110 degree full. It seems to "fisheye" a bit on the higher FOV setting, but is definitely workable. Overall - very happy with the product and would like to upgrade all my cameras to the Pro4 model!

So much easier than wired cameras and just as functional. Unfortunately without purchasing the base station, Internet access is required, WiFi or LTE. But then you’ll lose range on camera placement. With that said, I still use the cameras and so recommend them.

Bought this set to upgrade from an older Arlo set. Overall the cameras and spotlights work fine but my problem has always been with the app. I get notifications sporadically, which defeats the purpose of the cameras. The cameras catch the action but unless I go to the app and look at my library, I never really know if there are any videos there. Very frustrating.

This camera replaced an older camera that I had. It was very easy to set up and I love the spotlight. It illuminates a large area over the driveway.

I've owned around 10 arlo cameras over time and they still continue to make a great product. The Pro 4 works great at picking up animals, people, packages, etc. My main draw to Arlo is the flexibility of putting them literally anywhere and having the option to plug in or use the battery.

We are remodeling a house in another state and have had some issues recently. We installed the cameras (set of 3) and now can see everyone who comes in the driveway, enters the garage or house and also check to be sure the garage door is closed. We have already seen a couple of incidents where people came in and took things from the dumpster, but with the cameras up no one unauthorized has attempted to enter the house. I love getting alerts for movement, animals, cars and people. Very helpful when you can't be there in person.

We bought the kit with 3 Pro 4 cameras and a smart hub. Once setup complete, the cameras and smart hub work great. I downloaded the app and the instructions. The camera instructions work great if you are not using a smart hub. Using the app, snyc the hub first then each camera.

Arlo pro 4 , everything seems to work well . Motion alerts are spot on . Only complaint is that sometimes the cameras will "go offline" but you still receive the video captures of motion even if it says offline . It also takes a long time to load up live view , and sometimes it doesn't .

Easy to set up and install. We love that we can keep an eye on our barn and horses.picture and video quality are amazing!

My Arlo Pro 4 exceeded my expectations within the first day that I set it up , the simplicity of setting it up , all the neat security features that it offers the clarity of the videos and if the volume is turned up you can hear with amazing clarity you have lots of options such as setting the camera to detect a person, vehicle or animal , I got a kick out of checking my camera library one morning when I noticed my alert icon and there was a cat walking down my side walk .lol

Considering the price point of this camera, this is a pretty great deal. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing cameras at their location. We also bought the pack of 3 cameras and 4 batteries. I would highly recommend going that route as well!

Been using Arlo cameras for many years. The Arlo Pro 4 was an easy install and connected perfectly. This was a great upgrade!

2345 I have recently installed the Arlo pro 4 wireless cameras. I was hesitant at first not knowing how much it would take to set up and mount. But was happily surprised. They took less than 20 minutes to set up the app, mount where I wanted and have them up and running. The picture quality is amazing. The app is very user friendly and now I can check on both my front and backyard anytime I want. This is a great buy and system. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.

The connection is very easy and the install. The video quality is very good also. I bought a three camera kit and they all had the security key feature but this single camera didn’t. I wish they made all cameras with the security key. Other than that its a good purchase

The camera was easy to install. The only issue I ran in to is that it took several resets for 2 of the 3 cameras to update the firmware. When it did, the camera worked fine, but I did have to logout, restart my phone, and take the battery out of the camera (not just push the sync button). Definitely a bit frustrating when setting up multiple cameras. I have 3 of these and also a doorbell and floodlight. Altogether, the technical component of setting up and having access on my phone took nearly four hours. That's a lot of time for someone who is pretty adept at technology!The camera itself works great, audio quality is superb, and the picture quality is much better than I expected!

Works excellent and the app works without issue. Able to pull old videos and the speak through the camera works excellent! It took 3 cold winters for some of the rechargeable batteries to start having difficulty holding a charge, so those lasted longer than expected. I'll be getting new batteries if they still have problems in the spring.

This product is of the best quality and is easily mounted for one's convenience; is well engineered and the charging station for the batteries is well made. Quickly shipped.

I really wanted to like these. The picture quality is good but the activation is very hit or miss. Sometimes it activates right away, other times it activates as people are walking out of frame. Its supposed to continue recording as long as whatever activated is in the detection zone. Often it stops early or records it for 2 seconds it's in the detection zone and records nothing for several minutes. Do not buy this set or any other that has the security mount if you hope to switch to a differnt style mount. They are not compatable so a 90 degree mount isnt happening unless you want to spend $25 or more per camera getting different housings because a simple hardware change is too complicated for Arlo. Also, I'm supposed to be able to use an Arlo home base with a hard drive to record footage but that works when it wants to. When talking with customer service about not being able to switch the mounts they said I'd have to buy housings from a 3rd party because they dont sell their own product in their online store. I was told the ball joint couldnt be removed. When I sent a picture showing it removed with one 17mm socket they changed tactics and said they couldn't provide different mounting hardware to use the other mount styles because it could compromise the weather resistance which is one o-ring. Not that hard to replace. All in all, Arlo has left a bad taste in my mouth.
