Arlo was very easy to set up, the customer service is great! I thoroughly enjoy the “routine” feature in the app. The night vision is great. And the rechargeable batteries last such a long time I’ve only had to change them once since I purchased the cameras.

We bought these cameras after some kids were throwing large rocks in our alley door and almost hitting our dogs. These cameras have really good quality and are fast to notify of motion. I also love that it is able to detect between cars, humans, and animals.

We’ve had some issues with people coming on to our property doing weird things so we finally decided to get a security camera and went with Arlo after some research. So far I’m loving it, the picture is quite clear, the lag is minimal, and I love that I can set activity zones so that it doesn’t alert me every time someone walks by on the sidewalk but instead when someone is actually coming on to my property. We’re thinking we’ll get another one to put on our detached garage. I am hoping the battery doesn’t drain too fast. Also be aware that it doesn’t work in temps below -4 degrees. Not entirely sure what I’ll do in winter but we’ll see!

I love these cameras. The product's design quality is exceptional. The first time setup was seamless. The video quality of these cameras is 2k. The color night vision is excellent for me as a legally blind person. The battery life is impressive as well.

This camera has an amazing clarity even in the dark. I love the ability to turn the spotlight on and off at will. Havent really needed to because it does such a great job on its own. Significant improvement over previous versions

So far I have been very pleased. Camera has a nice clean look and seems to be well made. Slight lag from the time it alerts on movement and app notification, however I believe that is due to my slow internet speed. Camera gives a clean fisheye view of 180 degrees. I like that it has two methods in which to mount the camera. Will very well buy another one in the very near future.

I have 5 Arlo Pro4 Cameras and 1 wireless doorbell hooked up to the monthly service all set up around my house. I love the way the pro4 is modular and the battery comes out of the housing so that you do not have to take the entire unit in the hose to charge. I love that you can charge the unit direct if you are close to a power plug (I have two of mine attached to a timer that comes on at night and auto charges the units). There is a delay in the video/audio but it is not horrible. My daughter loves the two way communication and can talk to us when she gets alerts at work. All in all I could not be happier with the battery life, video quality, and overall performance of the video recording and management services. Great buy, great alerting, great picture... highly recommended.

Great product , and great service from Best Buy It was very easy to install and setup I would recommend to all people that want to make your home safer. I have had the door bell system for the past couple of years and I am very pleased with it.

The camera it self is awesome. But it makes a clock sound when night vision is on and messes up the audio.

Works the way I need it to. The camera is actually great. The app, however, has some major failings.

We have enjoyed our Arlo cameras and recommended them for year. We even helped catch a criminal with the first generation camera. The pro 4 has a much better picture and more excellent field of view. The immediately connected to my existing hub but can also directly attached to home wifi. There is a built in spotlight and a much improved charger interface.

We love this for our construction sites. It's very easy to set up and the app makes it easy to give certain members of the team access to the different sites we are managing right now. The only drawback is getting the solar panels to work without us helping out. Right now we still need to change batteries in our areas to make sure the camera stays online.

I purchased 3 spotlight cameras. Installation and setting up app was very easy. The cameras give perfect vision for me to see what is going on outside of my house. It has given me peace of mind being able to see in real time.

Very nice little product. There are certainly trade-offs if you’re just running off of the battery and using the online service rather than the local hub, but so far it’s pretty convenient and gets the job done. I did wind up buying the anti-theft mount and the ceiling adapter, since I was mounting it on a front porch within reach of an adult of average height.

We currently have a security system that we will leave unnamed. It's terrible. So I went on the hunt for a few cameras that we could place in the areas that the systems cameras don't catch. That's where Arlo came into the picture. While very expensive (in my opinion), the quality is amazing. These blow our systems cameras out of the water. I do like that they each have their own light & if we wanted, we can talk through them. The only real issue I had was getting them connected to our Wifi; I'm a techy person & had great difficulty. It was frustrating. But once we finally got them connected & put up, LOVE! Can't wait to replace all of our cameras with these.

I just replaced an older camera system that wasn't meeting my needs in terms of notifications and customization. The Arlo product is working out very nice for us. It supports multiple users and devices, I can set zones and limit notifications by selecting areas of the camera to watch and notify on motion. I love how it knows whether its a vehicle, person or animal and I can individually select the alert type per device. It was very simple to setup and get running for my family. I'm very happy with this purchase. The only con i've run into is i can't play back video when browsing past videos in the chrome browser. I have to review video on my phone.

I just upgraded our first generation Arlo cameras to Arlo Pro 4 XL, what an amazing difference. Picture quality is so much better-and the fact that the battery life went from about 3 months to one year. Thanks Arlo

Good product at great price. Easy to install. Easy to change batteries. Extra battery and a charger that will charge 2 batteries are a great feature.

I recently upgraded from an Arlo 2 to a pro 4. Great response time. Excellent clear picture. Spotlight at night works well. I love not having to use a bad station. Glad I made the switch

Great clarity camera system and good bang for the buck. Batteries do not last as long as advertised only about a week and a lot of the good features require an Arlo subscription plan. Also the light on the camera is not very bright.
