Great pic and notifications. Like you can zoom way is 12X Setting alert zones is is makes it nice. Would rate 5 stars if the battery life was a little better. My most active camera battery will probably last 3 weeks and the other 2 cams probably 5 or 6 weeks.

Battery life with little activity last less than two months. Arlo support is non-existent, purchased a second Arlo Pro 4 and after three weeks of unsuccessful resolution from Arlo support was unable to sync up the second camera had to return the camera. Camera has good quality during the day, night vision the quality is not good.

Very easy to install and set up, really like the ease of charging and exchanging batteries. The video is clear too

Pro4 cameras really are the best for your home. they look great, work even better, and when we got the subscription service, the whole family loves loves it. Arlo is the best!

Arlo’s wireless camera Pro 4 works as advertised. Simply amazing, great battery life, clear video, prompt alerts! Best thing I’ve purchased so far this year.

Bought this to try out against the Pro 2 setup I have. I like the auto tracking feature and the picture quality does seem better. Not a huge fan of the factory magnetic mount as it doesn't give much options for adjusting the direction the camera faces.

This is a great camera. It was really easy to install and set up. I have two, one on the front of the house and one on the back. It captures a wide view and you can set zones for that camera to actually pick up and record. Picture quality it crisp and clear and the audio it really good too. I also got the solar panels for them so I don’t have to charge the battery. Those were also super easy to install. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to have a little extra security around their home.

These cameras were easy to install and pair with my phone. They also have a great picture. The only complaint I have is that there is a 8-10 second lag time between when the camera senses motion and when I receive a notification on my phone.

I love the quality of the camera but the battery life is a different story. I literally have to charge the battery ever 4 days. The manual says that the charge should last at least 3-6 months. That is not the case with my camera.

This was easy to set up and use. I had Arlo cameras, so i added more, they were easy and i like that there is no base station with these,

We had the original Arlo cameras for about 6 years. Since the batteries are no longer available we had to upgrade to Arlo Pro 4. So far we are liking the upgrades and how easy the cameras were to set up and use.

Easy setup and great quality for the price! PROS: Cheaper than having to pay for a security service that charges insane prices alone for installing. Quality is pretty good for motion detection and sound. Easy to setup even for non-technical people with user-friendly settings. CONS: Not super clear if you have to zoom in from far. The product comes with 3 cameras but without a subscription you only get support for 2 cameras for specific types of settings.

Had an attempt to steal from a Pod in my driveway. I needed a solution to monitor the Pod. These Arlo cameras provide alerts, allow for easy configuration to alert me if it is an animal, people, or vehicles within the area. I have more peace of mind now. I bought this less than an hour after the event and after talking to another customer at Best Buy who was adding on to his system. I have 3 cameras now and will be adding 3 more and all with solar.

The major knock is that the “zone setting” feature is far from perfected. I still get overly notified of vehicles on the street in front of my home even though it is not in the selected zone. Additionally there is a wide amount of lag time between viewing and live feed. More than I would expect.

I am happy with this purchase. I got one camera for my home and am able to see my deck and mailbox. It works well and is relatively easy to use.

Long time Arlo user from First Generation. Just upgraded to Arlo Pro 4s, extremely satisfied with quality and support. Best security camera ever.

It took a while to get it set up. For some reason when my husband tried to set up app on his phone, the cameras would not connect. He had to delete the app from his phone and then I added it to my phone and it worked?
