We love the cameras. They are very easy to set up and use

Battery life on cameras is literally days so if you need a ladder expect to get it out often. The night vision on the cameras leaves a lot to be desired. With the short life of the batteries the system has no hardwired option but Arlo did allow me to pay for a security sign I'll never have a use for. The monthly fee for using the product is a bad deal too. In conclusion I'm highly disappointed in this purchase. Anywhere that experiences high traffic will be a drain on the batteries which is everywhere you'd need a camera.

Great camera and quality only thing is the battery dies fast when spotlight is on for the evening.

Having used Arlo 2 Pro cameras for several years, my expectations for the Arlo Pro 4s were high, and happily meet! Incredibly easy install, but also has enough settings/advanced features to fine tune motion detection and image quality. The 2k resolution is a very nice improvement over 1080p.

The picture quality is great and the features are extremely useful. The huge delay is far worst than a Nest system so be prepared for that.

This camera has great video capabilities, but there are some features that need addressed. One of which is quite annoying and I have tried all the "fixes" to no avail. If someone wants to right this wrong, please feel free. The motion alerts which are suppose to detect "people", "animals", "vehicles" etc does not work. I set it to only animals to watch my fur babies and I still get everything else. I've tried all fixes listed online to no avail. But as I said, otherwise it's a great camera with a lot of features.

We’ve had the Arlo essential doorbell for a little while now and and loved it, but recently we just added a new puppy to the family. So buying the Arlo pro 4 camera just made sense for indoor use. We bought it to view the living room, kitchen and small space in the back of the living room. The view angle that this camera picks up is so much better than most other cameras. Plus it’s wireless and rechargeable so i don’t have to worry about wires and can install it high enough close to the ceiling and not look terrible with hanging wires. The 2k recording is also great to be able to watch nice and clear. The best feature is being able to talk through it if i see our puppy chewing anything she shouldn’t. I 100% recommend this product to anyone that needs to keep an eye on a new pet or even make sure your home is secure with the notifications and sirens that can be activated by motion or noise. Thanks Arlo!! Keep making new things :D

Cameras are easy to install. Program is easy to down load. Three months free, than fee based. Camera quality could be better. Some lag time in video.

Overall very satisfied with the Arlo 4. No connectivity issues. I have 6 cameras on my property and very happy with experience.

These cameras were very easy to setup, and the video quality is excellent. However, the motion and audio sensors are a bit sensitive. I had to turn off notifications because they were constantly going off. Seems a bit counter productive to have to turn off notifications when the purpose is to let you know when something is wrong. I guess will need to adjust them somehow or figure out a workaround. Overall, I would recommend this product!

This is a great little camera. The set up did take longer than I expected. I purchased 6 cameras and I needed to take extra steps to sync 3 of them. I also have complaint about the mounts. I bought 2 packs and there were 2 different mounts in each, only one of each type. I would have liked to choose which mount I wanted instead of being stuck with one magnetic and one screw. Now that the cameras are up they are phenomenal.

So far so good. Installed last weekend and LOVE the camera. The app is fairly straightforward, but it took me some time figuring out where to find all the settings. I do find the support materials slightly lacking, but I can Google so thankfully there's a lot written about the product online. Also a bit disappointed in how easily the battery drains, but then I live on an extremely busy street with a lot of sidewalk foot traffic, so creating zones to minimize alerts is a little challenging. That said, I've just ordered the solar charger so I'm hoping that keeps the battery running longer before I need to do a separate re-charge. Overall very pleased so far, we will see over time how durable the product is.

Clarity on the arlo 4 pro is great day or night. Setup was easy & everything you need for security is in the box.

We had decided to replace our current video doorbell which we had for several years and were happy with but wanted to expand to a system of multiple cameras with the increased of vehicle break ins in our neighborhood recently. When researching we learned that the Arlo system was so well reviewed and a better route to go than just adding cameras to our current system. From the installation, set-up and setting the parameters for our unique situation this was totally customizable with not only where the cameras would be located but which areas on those cameras we would like to focus on motion activation as well as whether we wanted them to detect people, animals, vehicles or packages or all of the above. The interface is easy. The quality of the video is great with and 160 degree view. We are so happy we chose Arlo.
