The picture quality is great and the features are extremely useful. The huge delay is far worst than a Nest system so be prepared for that.

This camera has great video capabilities, but there are some features that need addressed. One of which is quite annoying and I have tried all the "fixes" to no avail. If someone wants to right this wrong, please feel free. The motion alerts which are suppose to detect "people", "animals", "vehicles" etc does not work. I set it to only animals to watch my fur babies and I still get everything else. I've tried all fixes listed online to no avail. But as I said, otherwise it's a great camera with a lot of features.

These cameras have been a waste of time and money. I have set up 2 sets of pros to make sure the connectivity is strong to each set, one in front of the house and one in back of the house. When we get a notification that there’s motion the cameras literally never load in order to even see what’s going on. And when it records it takes multiple tries of opening and closing the app before the saved video clip is even able to be viewed. I have 10 cameras in total, 10 motion sensor lights, and arlo video doorbell. I’ve brought the cameras inside to see if it changed anything and it’s the same issues. I have tried support and they are a joke. I kick myself all the time for even investing into Arlo. These car eras are so frustrating and complete garbage. Don’t waste your money.

Cameras are very nicely made and of good quality. My only few concerns after a week of installation is some audio feedback when speaking to someone after notification. Also on the notification, it is not loud enough to wake me during the night hours if someone is present. No instructions in the box and have to call Arlo support where there is a minimum 1 year fee of $89.99 ($108) with tax/technical set up fee.

We’ve had the Arlo essential doorbell for a little while now and and loved it, but recently we just added a new puppy to the family. So buying the Arlo pro 4 camera just made sense for indoor use. We bought it to view the living room, kitchen and small space in the back of the living room. The view angle that this camera picks up is so much better than most other cameras. Plus it’s wireless and rechargeable so i don’t have to worry about wires and can install it high enough close to the ceiling and not look terrible with hanging wires. The 2k recording is also great to be able to watch nice and clear. The best feature is being able to talk through it if i see our puppy chewing anything she shouldn’t. I 100% recommend this product to anyone that needs to keep an eye on a new pet or even make sure your home is secure with the notifications and sirens that can be activated by motion or noise. Camera quality is very good. The live view is a little behind being that they're wireless.
