The camera has a nice sleek and very simple design, set up was a breeze, and the magnetic connection is pretty strong. My problem with this guy is the live feed, for some reason it is extremely blurry but the playback is crystal clear. I’ve had a Wyze camera in direct sunlight for 5 years so I can’t wait to put this guy to the test.

The Arlo Pro 4 camera is easy to install and setup. They have great video quality during the day. Night video quality, like all cameras, is not as sharp but still quite useful for security purposes.

.I love the way you can replace the battery without having to take the camera down. You just have to push a button on the bottom of the phone and the front pops out and you replace the battery and it connects immediately.

So many Arlo models and it's difficult to figure out what's what. Seems mine didn't come with magnetic mounts? Hard to tell which ones do? Plus, to charge the battery requires removing the whole unit, not just the battery. Do I always need to go up 10 feet to remove the camera and have to deal with fine-tuning the mount upon return?

Perfect for our home. We can access at any time and anywhere. You can even talk back on it and the audio and picture are great. Would definitely purchase again.

I have used Arlo for a couple of years and have been completely satisfied. I upgraded to Pro 4 and it is easy to use and the picture and sound quality are fantastic!

This camera is very easy to install and the quality is top notch. Many extra bells and whistles that help you get the most out of your Arlo Camera. Very reasonable monthly monitoring fee too.

I bought these in anticipation of people touring my rental to be re-leased. I really wish I would’ve done it sooner, especially on the outside. The picture is clearer and it’s so nice to see when the camera triggers. You get what you pay for, a little pricey but you don’t need a subscription to do what it needs to do.

I needed to add to my home camera system and the Arlo Pro4 was a great deal. The price is exceptional and the fact that it can be run on Wi-Fi without having to connect it to a base makes it quite versatile.

Excellent system got a great price at Best Buy and the pole for security cameras. Also that the security camera doorbell and a solar panel. That’s what I did a great job of installations in San Mateo tech-support number.

The cameras work great. I wish there wasn't a delay, but other than that they work great. The delay is about 6-7 seconds. The night vision work great as well. The only thing that i wish was better was the volume on the speaker. I tried to talk to my husband and you can barely hear it. I would recommend these cameras to anyone looking for some extra safety.

This camera is absolutely amazing. Able to differentiate between animals, people and vehicles, providing sterling picture quality and sound feedback. I feel much more secure in my home.

It took me a long time to connect the camera through the Wi-Fi and my base. My wifi you can’t turn of the 5g so I used one of my internet extenders and only hooked it up to the 2.4 connection then connected the camera to the extender. The camera works great but was a hassle to set up.

Bought these cameras a few days after my neighbors home was broken into. My husband is a firefighter and is at the station every other day and I was scared to be home alone with our young son. He put these up the day they arrived and I can finally sleep again. An added bonus is that he can check on us from work. We were out of town over the weekend and able to see everything that was happening at our home in real time. The video quality is amazing. I like the spotlight feature because it really illuminates the area at night. We have set up the emergency response feature as well. I finally have peace of mind and I am so happy we got these.

For a wireless security system it’s works amazing. The only thing I would change would be the longevity of the battery.. other than that I would recommend this wireless security system to anyone.. You can change the record time to 2 mins or as less as 30secs. Which is a great feature I am sure the longer you choose it does effect your battery so keep that in mind..

We bought these cameras to secure our summer cottage. The product is of poor quality despite the price. The batteries drain quickly. Our house was left without monitoring because of the misleading advertising. We have tried many, many times to contact customer support and they often times hang up and never respond to us and mark case as closed. Their advice is to turn off all of the notifications, Reduce resolution and reduce sensitivity. Arlo you should be ashamed of your customer support. BUY ANOTHER BRAND! These cameras and the company are a complete joke.

Easy addition to already existing arlo pro set up. Connects right through the app and makes setup a breeze. Reason for one fallen star.. didn’t realize the security camera couldn’t detach from its wall mount. The housing and wall mount are all in one. So if I wanted to use a magnet setup I would need to purchase a new housing for the camera

These cameras are small and powerful little guys. I love the quality and that it records sound as well. I can watch live, record while live streaming, sound an alarm or talk through the camera to someone near it. I leave the spotlight off but it can shine when the camera is recording a detection as well. Other helpful abilities include camera sensitivity: audio, movement, and areas of interest you want to be especially aware of.The ability to call a friend with one tap or any of the emergency services is helpful if you can't react or think fast in an emergency. I plan of buying 2 more cameras to add to the basic 3 that came with the original purchase.
