These are great! Great quality, sound , and easy to use / set up

Very disappointed. Seemed like a good deal, but battery performance is very poor; lasting a third or less of the suggested six months. Since these are on the outside of my home, I need to climb a ladder every two months to recharge the batteries. Additionally, it takes too long for images to appear when receiving notices that someone or something is in view. Lastly, customer service would not consider a rebate, credit or some upgrade to fix the problems with this subpar product.

Finding the right wireless camera is challenging in a crowded market. After reading a lot of reviews and watching multiple Youtube A/B comparisons of day and night vision, I settled on the Arlo Pro 4. They installed physically with ease. Adding them to the Arlo app and my Alexa was also fairly straightforward. I was highly pleased with the motion detection alerts and the software that zoomed in on the action in the (wide!) field of view of the camera. I'm less pleased with the confusion on the shelf between the many Arlo models on the shelf -- including both the 3s, 4 Pros, and Ultras. I will be adding Ultras and the hub to my collection.

I took a chance and replaced my Arlo Pro 3 setup at home with the Arlo Pro 4 system. I've read that the specs are virtually the same, however my Arlo Pro 3 always had issues connecting on the App up the point where I'd just give up trying to view my cameras. With this new Arlo Pro 4 system, everything works much better and faster too. I haven't had any connecting issues when I want to view any of my 5 cameras. My system came with three Arlo Pro 4 cameras and a base station. I currently have two older Arlo Pro 3 cameras hooked up to it and all 5 cameras are working great so far. I almost gave up on Arlo, but now I'm very happy!

My wife and I recently a brand new home that was already equipped with a security system, but we wanted to add a camera for our back patio door. We wanted an extra level of protection to make sure we were aware of what was going on behind our home. I did a lot of research and I narrowed it down to this camera. The camera was very easy to install and the software was easy to navigate. The notifications come through as expected and the picture quality is amazing. We have been so pleased that we are considering purchasing two more for our home. If you're looking for value, plus quality, and a peace of mind then look no further!

We needed to purchase cameras for our house asap due to a troubling issue around our community. We went with Arlo as they seemed to have great reviews across the competitors. Purchases the set of 3 and these were so easy to install great video and the app is so easy to use. We had been gifted months back a ring system and we had yet to put it up because of how difficult it has been we had decided to just gift it away to someone else. We are now Arlo people and looking to get all products and expand our system!

We bought a arlo 4 pro bundle at a local store . And it was the best decision. Easy setup, great quality, long lasting batteries. Would purchase again. Arlo now has a life long customer!

Having these cameras installed gives me a peace of mind. It picks up on everything fast (animal, audio, person, etc.). Plenty of features and also look sleek. Easy to install.

I think the battery life is under rated, especially if you need to record a lot of motion. If you want CVR, it needs to be plugged in. The power cord provided is way too short (2ft I believe?) Also the night vision resolution is poor. We have a video baby monitor that costs half as much and is very detailed on night vision.

I've had Arlo outdoor/wireless Cameras for 4 years and upgraded to Pro 4. Love the quality and that it's in color at night, unreal!!

I already have an ARLO Ultra. I am using it with a VMB 5000 hub. I have read good reviews of the ARLO Pro 4. I was hoping that I could read license plates. I cannot. The Pro 4 is slightly better than the Ultra, but not possible to read plates. Otherwise, the reviews are correct.

These security cameras are very user friendly and easy to setup. The quality is great and are very reliable. I'm very happy with this product and will recommend everybody.

Good camera system for the price. No complaints so far.

The people at Best Buy were very helpful. The camera works great once they're connected. I had one camera that wouldn't connect and couldn't get help from the internet support. Fortunately, there was a phone number to call and a very nice young lady walked me through the steps necessary to get the camera working. Now everything works great!

The camera works great but the battery life could be better

They were a bit larger than I expected. Very Easy to set up and use with the app. My only complaint and I could be wrong because I haven't played alot with the features yet is at night it appears to be in black n white but it is clear and the night vision works great I was just hoping for color.

Very easy to install and setup and configure and definitely covering the 360 degree view and smart alerts and one touch calls are value add

I have installed these remotely at my Uncles, who is 84 years old and they are absolutely wonderful for him and myself to keep an eye on him from Tyler, TX. He lives in Illinois.

I like it so far. The only thing I don’t like is I tried to de select the option for seeing a animal so I wouldn’t get alerts for my own dog. It doesn’t seem to work. I still get animal alerts.

I like the clarity of the camera, the range of view, how it tells you what the camera picked up; animal, person, vehicle.
