The people at Best Buy were very helpful. The camera works great once they're connected. I had one camera that wouldn't connect and couldn't get help from the internet support. Fortunately, there was a phone number to call and a very nice young lady walked me through the steps necessary to get the camera working. Now everything works great!

The camera works great but the battery life could be better

We needed to purchase cameras for our house asap due to a troubling issue around our community. We went with Arlo as they seemed to have great reviews across the competitors. Purchases the set of 3 and these were so easy to install great video and the app is so easy to use. We had been gifted months back a ring system and we had yet to put it up because of how difficult it has been we had decided to just gift it away to someone else. We are now Arlo people and looking to get all products and expand our system!

I already have an ARLO Ultra. I am using it with a VMB 5000 hub. I have read good reviews of the ARLO Pro 4. I was hoping that I could read license plates. I cannot. The Pro 4 is slightly better than the Ultra, but not possible to read plates. Otherwise, the reviews are correct.

They were a bit larger than I expected. Very Easy to set up and use with the app. My only complaint and I could be wrong because I haven't played alot with the features yet is at night it appears to be in black n white but it is clear and the night vision works great I was just hoping for color.

Very easy to install and setup and configure and definitely covering the 360 degree view and smart alerts and one touch calls are value add

Very disappointed. Seemed like a good deal, but battery performance is very poor; lasting a third or less of the suggested six months. Since these are on the outside of my home, I need to climb a ladder every two months to recharge the batteries. Additionally, it takes too long for images to appear when receiving notices that someone or something is in view. Lastly, customer service would not consider a rebate, credit or some upgrade to fix the problems with this subpar product.

Just adequate video quality. Using zoom gives a blurred image where details r unrecognizable. 2K image is not clear or detailed as other professional reviews state. Great features and versatility though. Still best on the market at near $200 range.

Arlo Pro 4 cameras are a perfect fit for my needs and do exactly what Arlo says they will. Simple to install. Easily customizable. Excellent coverage. Quality output. Love them. Wish the battery life was a little better. Will try some alternate settings to strike a better balance between functionality and longevity.

Video picture quality is very clear, especially the night vision. The spotlight is bright and adds to the video quality. App setup instructions were very helpful. The app is easy to use. Camera features that make this a great purchase include voice communication and security mounts. Great product. Highly recommend.

I really like these cameras, I have one in my driveway and I like how it tells me vehicle, person or animal. Give me notification on every movement I like that.

The hardest part was deciding where I wanted to hang the camera. Set up was easy with a smart phone app. Seems to be working well detecting animals, vehicles and people.

I recently purchased 2 of the Arlo Pro 4 cameras n not much different as far as image quality or the Pro 3. The one issue I have is that they disconnect from my WiFi for no apparent reason. I have fiber connections so I know it’s not my network. One camera is less than 10 feet from router other is about 30 feet.

Good camera system for the price. No complaints so far.

These really have a bright spotlight that covers a pretty large area considering how small the light is. They work great and give a beautiful video clip.

I like the clarity of the camera, the range of view, how it tells you what the camera picked up; animal, person, vehicle.

I bought an Arlo Pro 4 camera about 10 days ago and like it so much I bought another on 7/7/21 from Best Buy. This is my first security camera and I bought it based on the customer service and experience from Arlo. I could have bought less expensive cameras from another provider but Arlo seemed to offer the best customer service and value. I highly recommend this camera. It's very easy to setup and the monthly subscription plans are very reasonable. I love the notifications I receive when movement is detected and the video quality is excellent. I'm very happy with my 2 Arlo Pro 4 cameras.

I like it so far. The only thing I don’t like is I tried to de select the option for seeing a animal so I wouldn’t get alerts for my own dog. It doesn’t seem to work. I still get animal alerts.

Easy to install, wireless is always a plus, but my only issue is battery last less than a week even when I set it up to save battery, I was told that the battery last six months but that’s not true, I had to buy an extra battery and a charger so I spend more than I thought

I have installed these remotely at my Uncles, who is 84 years old and they are absolutely wonderful for him and myself to keep an eye on him from Tyler, TX. He lives in Illinois.
