I am a dective and have dealt with various surveillance camera systems for years. The Arlo cameras have great video quality and the videos are easily sharable in the event they catch a crime. The install is as simple as it gets and the setup is super easy. I can even speak to people on my property through the cameras which have microphones and speakers. The battery life is amazing. I bought these cameras to monitor the outside of our home and so far I have not been disappointed. The one complaint I have (and it is typical for most instant on cameras) is the lag of the video feed on the app. But I went into this knowing that would be the case. Other than that, they were very easy to set up, video quality is great in daylight and at night. I have one covering the driveway that is 40 feet away and the connection is solid. I plan on purchasing a few more in the future. Highly recommend!

Cameras are great at picking up people, animals, cars, etc. I with the app was better. There’s no way, at least that I can find, to customize alerts. I’d like to have something almost like an alarm when I’m sleeping if a person is detected.

Poor battery life, continuous disconnects. Please shop another manufacture. I reconnected all cameras this morning and in about half an hours time cameras disconnect. Starting a search for a new security package.

For me the Pro 4 is a great culmination of years of experience for Arlo. The Pro 4 is battery powered and truly wireless. It can be used with a base station or my own with my own wifi. It can also be powered from AC or have the battery maintained by a solar panel. It is incredibly flexible. I have used Arlo cameras since the first Arlo branded cameras back in 2015. They have had their ups and downs, but feel like they are very solid now. The Pro 4 is definitely the sweet spot for my needs.

The picture quality is excellent. The only thing it need to improve with is with how sensitive it is with monitoring movement. My driveway camera will not capture everything my front door camera does even though they had to pass by my driveway camera.

This is a great wireless surveillance system which easily connects to your home Wi-Fi to provide not only desktop access but smartphone access as well. You can receive alerts letting you know which area movement was detected and a feature that you can activate to call and send emergency personnel if needed. Excellent product for the price. I would recommend this for any home or apartment owner who is looking to add a reliable surveillance system to their residence.

The cameras are easy to install, however the software leaves things to be desired. For example, it does not detect human movement immediately from a long driveway. Only when the person gets relatively close does the camera begin recording.

Have only had the system for less than a week but so far, so good. It was very easy to set up the two cameras that came as a pack. Nice aesthetics and they are working fine. My only concern is that there is a delay from the live image.

Works great. Covers a great amount of area and the video quality is very clear. Overall super happy with my purchase.

I purchased an Arlo Pro 4 after some research into home security cameras. It had all the features I desired in a security camera and it was very reasonably priced. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s intuitive, easy to set up, has great picture quality, and the subscription plan for the extra features is at a great price point below all the other competitors. I definitely recommend the Arlo Pro 4 camera to those who are looking for a great home security camera.

Video quality is spot on, motion detection works great. Only thing that is lackingnis the app is a little slow.

What a waste of money. We purchased the pro4 camera system in May & everything worked well for a short time. Our WiFi crashed a few months later so getting the cameras reset, up & running was a nightmare. Since then only the doorbell is recording. Also the battery is stuck in 2 of the 3 cameras. Customer service is nonexistent. I spent hours trying to reach a human & it was nothing but one dead end after another. This junk is going in the trash & we will move on to a better system.

Great camera, I have 2 installed inside my house pro 2 and 4. Connectivity is smooth for me. Great price ranges for different types of cameras. Would have gave 5 stars but I wished it came with a longer charging cord, battery is still 4/5 but has so many things draining the battery.

i’m happy with my spotlight 4 cameras but one of them hasn’t been recording motion and i can’t figure out why. otherwise they were easy to set up and have enhanced our lives, as one of them allows me to monitor elderly parents when home alone

I love this camera and how useful it has been in watching over our house. The wide angled views and speaker ability through the microphone make it amazing to use.

Easy to set up. Like the app for tracking and recording as well. The video is clear and motion detect works as expected.

Overall the arlo pro4 is a great camera system. I wish the best buy bundle came with the magnetic charging cables and I wish the cameras had a bit more powerful flood light but overall I am very pleased with the system.
