I've had Arlo cameras for a few years and the new Arlo pro 4 cameras are a lot better. I chose to upgrade my cameras and I could t be happier. Was about to go with Vivint but I looked at the prices and they're way higher than Arlo.

These camera are so clear. They are also very sensitive to movement and sound which makes me feel so much safer!

Very easy to setup and love that it is wireless and easily accessed on our phone using the Arlo app. It did take some playing with the settings on one of the cameras by a tree that was triggering motion and draining the battery but we were able to figure it out without calling for assistance. We bought the 3 camera package and will be adding a 4th to complete the overall monitoring of the exterior of the house. Would definitely recommend.

Quality is great and the installation was easy. Had to change out my first battery and had no problems.

Love these cameras. Easy to set up and they are clear and do what I need them to do. I would definitely recommend.

I received and installed a total of 4 cameras and they work great. The range on them is much further than expected and the clarity is amazing. The package detection system has not failed at all. The AI used to detect vehicles, people, and animals has proven to be a 9 out of 10, being that sometimes it will only detect motion, and not differentiate between the three. Over all though 9.8/10 will be buying more for inside my home.

This records crisp clear video. This has great night vision. The motion sensor is very good

Overall good option if you want an efficient and wire-less cameras. Cons- delay on the response to see a live image. If yiu get an alert and want to see what’s going on… you wont be able to see until the camera ends recording. It was time for me to upgrade to a more advance system for my need.

I have only had the cameras for a few weeks. The batteries seem to seem to be holding up. The app is very easy to use. The setup and installation was easy. The video quality is quite good though I am unable to compare to other products.

It’s great and easy to use. I’m actually pretty happy on how easy it was to install the pro 4. The app works great. Slight delay, it might be my network connection. Otherwise it’s good. Oh and also the batteries is a great idea. I just hook up an extension cord right up the the camera and connect the the charger (while it’s off obviously) but yes I enjoy and recommend to anyone looking into it.

Good camera to install anywhere with no need to run cables. During daylight the image is amazing, during night not su much (it doesn't have IR) but with the whitelight the images improves. I understand that having IR would draw a lot of power from the battery.

Love the picture quality and recordings come out great. Still leaning how to program the motion settings. Love the spotlight feature, it's very bright! Would recommend this security camera to anyone needed and good quality one for there yard or home.

I love that Arlo has done away with the base station, video quality, improved the battery life and added new features. I had a 1st generation Arlo system that I was not really using due to battery life and issues with connecting/staying connected to base station. I final took advantage of a President's Day sale to upgrade and am delighted to see the fantastic improvements and new features/capabilities that Arlo has incorporated into the Pro 4.

I enjoy the Arlo system. It is very user friendly with setup and device management. Picture quality is good. And the ability to alert me when someone is approaching my house is comforting. We look to get more products once back in stock.

I cannot get to the screen to view the cameras because of two step verification. I have 7 cameras and two base stations, two step verification has turned all my equipment into a brick. I had to replace my phone a little over a week ago which may be part of the issue. When I try to login into Arlo it says it doesn’t recognize the device and prompts me to enter a security code, no code is ever sent. This issue happens on my Samsung phone and on my PC web browser. I have tried both Email and SMS, neither work, the code is never sent. You will not get any help from this company, there is no help line and their email is unresponsive.

I absolutely love this system too. I have the Floodlight Pro 3 and this camera. This one is for my front door. Fairly good setup, I did have to force quit the app and reconnect the camera a few times for initial setup, but after that it was seamless. Excellent quality, I love how well you can control the light, audio, etc from the app. The notifications for the iPhone and Apple Watch are fantastic. I’m impressed and not the least bit disappointed. Thank you for an amazing product!
