    Upgraded Image and Sound

    I upgraded from an Arlo Pro. Biggest difference so far is the quality of the image and sound. I took the spotlight off 2 out of 3 of my cameras. I live in a suburb, so not for sure if a spotlight would be needed, plus my dog triggers it outside all the time.

    I currently own both the ultra and now pro 4. I can notice the differences in quality which was expected going from 4k to 2k. With this being said, the Pro 4 is a great camera still especially for the cost! I now have 3 of them!

    Overall, I am very pleased with the camera's performance. There is a slight delay when initially loading the different cameras, but I have not determined if that is because of the camera system or my wifi connection.

    The picture quality is really good but the app is confusing. We tried adjusting the sensitivity and sound. Night quality isn’t the best. Will be returning the camera for as Arlo 3 floodlight camera for our front yard

    These cameras work great for us. The night vision works fine without the spotlight. However we like the spotlight to make whatever isn’t supposed be around our yard scurry. Zoom works well and is pretty clear. The price was right.

    The Arlo Pro 4 came as advertised. The set up was easy for all three cameras. I did not have much time (literally - had to catch a plane) to configure and place the units. I like the phone app ease of navigation. I will consider purchasing some of the accessories for these units. Picking up at the store was a breeze as well. The system alerted my phone that the order was ready for pick up. The store staff produced it without delay.

    Could be better. No ability to create special ring

    We really like the picture of the cameras in the ease of having wireless. But the ability to personalize the system Could be better. No ability to create special ringtones for notifications from the Arlo system is a bummer.

    Purchased these camera. Installed easy. They updated. Used for a month and another install was needed. Can't get them to update so can't see anything on the screen of the camera live. It still picks up movement and sends you a picture. Have called Arlo for help or replacement. Have talked to three tech support people and they all want you do the steps to fix the updated that doesn't work. Called customer service and they want you to do the same steps. They are suppose to be sending a RMA to return that has been two weeks. If you buy their cameras get a warranty from the store you purchased them from to protect yourself. I didn't and know I am out the money.

    Great Cameras

    Bought after some shenanigans this summer in the neighborhood. Cameras are very easy to install and set up. One needs to work with the settings to make sure they don’t trigger non-stop, but that’s easy to do in the camera settings.

    I absolutely love these cameras! I feel so safe with them in and outside of my house! I had some problems with some people around the area when I wasn’t home or while I was asleep that resulted in getting shot in the leg trying to see what they were doing outside my house! But now with these cameras I can stay inside my house safely and watch every move they make and dispatch police if needed while staying safe inside my home!! I have never felt more safe!

    Easy to setup cameras. Just follow the directions and charge the batteries. I am looking to get another set for the inside on the house. Will also buy a set of batteries for a quick swap once the batteries go low. Video resolution is great and the spot light works well. Sound quality is very good and you can actually hear the person speak through the camera. Completely wireless so mounting is a breeze...

    Great for 15 months...then horrible

    I was originally delighted with my Arlo 4 camera purchase. I purchased four of them and they worked great for 15 months. Now they are all dying. On two of them, the battery is dying after three days (even without recording any activity) and they are no longer picking up motion to start a recording. I have done everything Arlo support has recommended but the cameras are still malfunctioning. I requested replacement cameras but that was met with great opposition from Arlo. Their warranty is only 12-months and I now know why--they break just after 12-months. I would not recommend this product.

    Best Upgrade ever!

    If you want peace of mind, I recommend this product! Simple to setup, no cables required and no SmartHub required. Each camera connected directly to our WiFi without a glitch using the Arlo app. The features are well advanced and easy to use. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! I bough this camera to replace the original Arlo, which I had for years. Upgrading was worth it! Many more features and camera resolution is much better. Thanks Arlo!

    I got theses based on online reviews, and at the time had a great deal on a bundle. The picture is good and the spotlight is a nice feature. Set up was straight forward following the app instructions which is a big plus.

    App is fairly easy and comprehensive. Setting up multiple cameras at same time, instructions not very clear. I finally just did one at a time. Battery life may be a problem down the road.

    Overall good security camera. Great picture. Love the spotlight and speaker features. The magnet charger is also a great upgrade from past cameras. Only complaint is the lag on the app when accessing the live view.

    This system is the worse thing I've ever purchased from Best Buy. They are junk...It took forever to connect the camera because it keep saying camera was off line when it wasn't after about 3 hours of installation I set up an account and a subscription on my smart phone. Then with my credentials she downloaded the app and l that is when it logged me out of on my phone. I went to the arlo web site and found out you can only use one device but I can open another account on my wife's phone and pay for another subscription. I am not paying for 2 subscriptions to use this system. This product is useless to me.
