Decent cameras, horrible service and $15.00 per month for storage. STAY AWAY FROM ARLO. Non existent support unless you pay the monthly ransom. Just upgraded to Eufy. Awesome cameras and no monthly fee. ARLO OFFERED 7 days of free storage which was enough and then they changed their policy. Sham company.

Overall I am very happy with the camera! The image quality is pretty good and it shows on average about 18-20 second of video. I have noticed that sometimes the camera doesn't pick up on movement (i.e. my car pulling out of the garage), but that has only happened once or twice. It is nice that we can create different zones for the camera to showcase when there is movement.

After reading tons of reviews, the Arlo Pro 4 was definitely the right choice. Simple and easy to use, plus all of the notification features. I like how it can tell you the difference between a package, person, animal or vehicle. The picture quality during the day and night has been great, no complaints here. I will definitely be buying more for our home

The cameras were easy to set up and gives a great picture even with a weak Wi-Fi signal. I like the fact that all you need is a camera for the system to work, no hub or extra box needed. I have a solar panel which is great but I wish they offered an extension cord for the panel, so you would not be limited to 8 feet from panel to camera.

Only concerns I have with these cameras are, the batteries can drain faster than expected. Also setting the alerts don't seem to ignore request to not pickup certain motions.

Very easy to use and helps with peace of mind. I would complain that the motion sensors mistake leaves swaying in the wind for animals or sometimes people. Other than that, love it

Overall very impressed with this camera. Took about 20 minutes to set-up and understand how the app works. Picture quality, range and ease of use are excellent. Still need to determine how the battery life is but so far depending on how active the camera is and what picture quality will determine how often I charge. Glad I made this investment for my family!

excellent HD and view area, SYSTEM was easy to install, great view on Pc and iphone views. Best used with the HUB, NO ISSUES connecting one at a time. Resets needed between cameras. Doorbell cam connected easy, all play backs look great. I would purchase again so far. Google help was the best info.

I did a lot of research before choosing what security cameras to use for my home. The Arlo cameras were at the top. Been using for years now and I am very happy with them. Just recently upgraded to the Pro 4 cameras. They are exactly what I needed. Because of the quality of the cameras, 3 subjects were identified and arrested for trying to break into my cars.

Purchased the Arlo Pro 4 Bundle with the wired door bell. Installation was a breeze and went exactly as detailed in the installation app. We have a robust WiFi distribution on all 3 floors and that is essential for a working system. The video quality is excellent. Have not used some of the advanced feature such as the spot light or voice commands but that will come with time.

Setup was relatively easy. The new mounting devices with the Pro 4 cameras are preferable over the magnetic mounts. Video quality is good.

I still prefer when instructions are included in the package rather than only online, but the device went together and mounted easily. The software is intuitive, and the video quality is great. The wide viewing angle allows a large area to be covered with a single device. I am very happy with this camera.

Camera comes with easy to install battery and setup via phone app is very easy to follow. Scans a QR code to quickly get you setup up with your local wifi and works as expected with minimal configuration. Mounting hardware was simple to install as well, however, screws could be better (will strip if not careful, I ended up using my own set).

Sound and image are of good quality but the activity range needs improvement and the spotlight does not provide sufficient light when dark.
