Easy to install, to use, picture & sound are great

I spent some time deciding on what system to get for my needs. I decided to go with the Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight 3 camera and hub pack. So far it has been great. Easy to install and setup. Love the spotlight and 2-way audio feature on each camera. Looking forward to adding to the system as needed but so far great product and excellent video quality!

The camera quality is high, the app works well and the camera can be adjusted in a number of useful ways. The spotlight is bright and comes on when it detects movement.

Definitely enjoy the ease of use and registration, though there were some complications getting the access to additional users. My only issue is the delayed notifications and excess of notifications even after tweaking the settings. Possibly user error on my part but still a great product.

There really was not a lot of documentation that came with the kit. For the longest time I could not figure out why the motion detection would not activate towards the top of the camera frame. Finally found in the utilities that the top quarter of the picture is shadowed and does not detect that area. I need to go back out and reposition my cameras. I wish it would use the whole picture for motion detection and then use the activity zones to shrink it to an area. So I am really disappointed about that technology. Maybe do a firm ware update to expand the motion zone.

Mounting and set up took only minutes after the batteries were charged. No hub needed and controls were user friendly.

The Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight is excellent. My only wish is that activity zones allowed notification exclusion. For example: Notify in zone 1, only record in zone 2.

The Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight camera is the absolute best! Setup process is very easy. You can have 3-5 camera's setup and working in a matter of hours. The theft proof mounts made the installation outside very simple to do. I have been using Arlo for years and have no desire to change.

We bought the cameras to deter nosy neighbors, and have been very impressed with their quality. The app is easy to use and we love that the cameras can distinguish between animals, people, and cars. We have gotten videos of the local wildlife and our pets doing cute things when we're not home. Highly recommend!

I've been using the Arlo Pro camera for the past few years, but frustrated with the need for frequent re-charging in high traffic area. Adding the new Arlo Pro 4 Spotlight Cameras to my outside locations has been great. Longer battery life, and much better quality video.

I like the Arlo cameras, but there are absolutely ZERO instructions included. There is not an instruction manual online, only links to instructions. But, the links are not named, you literally have to click on each one to see what it covers. There is also no telephone number to call, no email or chat service. So, if you manage to get your system set up, but have a specific question, you're out of luck.

While initially purchased after we had an attempted break-in (and after our daughter & partner's cameras caught on in-progress & policy caught the burglars!), I am really enjoying all the videos of deer, racoons, and even skunks who traverse our property at night! Of course, knowing when we have human visitors and package deliveries is pretty cool, too!

This is the 4th Arlo wireless camera over the past 9 months I have installed to watch the outside of a rental property. Works as advertised. I have 2 of them charging with the Arlo solar panels. I have Arlo doorbell as well and they all integrate well with the app.

These are my first outdoor cameras ever. Setting them up is piece of cake and they clarity on them is awesome. Bang for the buck!

This camera system is a great tool to ensure your home and property is monitored. I have over 40 years in Physical Security and this is the best home security surveillance system on the market. Love the ease of installation and app to operate the program. Highly recommend for any home owner investigate this system for the needs.

My wife bought this for the back yard and I finally had a few minutes to put it up. Very easy installation and set up. Love the strong magnet that allows for adjustments while still holding the camera firm on the base! Other than the 15-20 second lag in video transmission to my phone (could also be my wifi), great job Arlo!

Love the camera so far. Good picture quality. Favorite thing is not needing to buy the hub for it. Second favorite thing is that it’s wire-free. I am able to place or anywhere I want.

Great home package, clearer crisp viewing with Zoom capabilities!

This camera was very easy to install, update and use. It even zooms in on movement in it's range and follows it. I was able to see someone before my dogs did walking by my backdoor. The spotlight is good and it is a clear picture. Glad I got this model. It is a safe feeling knowing the quality of this product.
