2FA (forced Phone use, PC not trusted device)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my Arlo system for 3 years now and until they changed the rules on 2FA (Two step verification) it has been great. Since Mid April 2021 they are not allowing personal computers as a trusted device, this means that you have to do 2 form identification every time you get a notification on your phone to review it on your PC. This is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, its a home based security system, not a phone based security system. This review will remain 1 star until this get changed. DO NOT BUY ANY ARLO PRODUCTS until they change this.

Terrible experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They charge 19.99$ monthly fee and the cameras are always offline. Motion sensor DOESN’T work all the time. Customer service is terrible. Battery runs out of juice in a month or less.
