I just bought the pro 4 to add to the group of pro 2. Love the wide angle and the higher resolution. With the wide angle I was be able to eliminate a camera.

instructions NO EASY OR WORK, ONLY 14 DAYS TO RETURN. ON THE 20TH DAY AFTER BUYING MORE ARLO EQUIPMENT, AND STILL NOT ABLE TO SET IT UP AND ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND STILL NO RESOLVE. VERY DISAPOINTED.

I like the Arlo security cameras very much. I got a great deal on them and the Arlo app is excellent. My only complaint is that this model from Best Buy came in a case that I needed to swap out so that I could set them up on magnetic mounts.

I love the HD quality and the wide screen view also!

I got this from Costco during thanksgiving and this has been a good product for the money spent. Installed them around my house and it has been proving good recordings and alerts. Very happy with the product and I even got a floodlight camera after this, will plan to buy door bell as well.

Great product until you get sucked into paying a subscription!

1 out of 3 cameras connect and once you manage to get another camera on it will shortly disconnect. The setup process never locates any of the cameras and will continuously fail. I gave it 2 stars because we at least have one working camera as intended. If all worked this would be a 5 star review. Good luck..

Easy setup, I like the magnetic charging cable and mount. Great ideas. Not sure how useful the spot light is, haven’t tried it out yet.

Great update from previous Arlo, only downfall was I couldn’t use the previous mount that was already installed that was magnetic.

So far so good. I like the program differentiates between person, animal and vehicle. I am still trying to figure out the software

Currently trying to figure out the best place to put it. Mostly logging in to observe its view and tweaking for best coverage.

I usually don't give max ratings, My only complaint is that they didn't include instructions just directions to a web site for the set up.

I just purchased 3 Arlo Pro 4 cameras and installed them in less than an hour. They do just as advertised in that they can identify the differences between vehicle, person, animal and package. Their app is very intuitive and easy to use. I'm very happy with my purchase.

One screw mount, so easy. Magnetic camera, holds well. Notifications and view enough for me. Only problem was hooking up to friends. Need to change instructions adding that acceptance must be accepted on an ethernet cable-enabled computer. Simple as that. Hard to accept on mobile devices.

Nice upgrade from my Arlo Pro 2 & definitely even nicer upgrade from my Arlo Pro. I also really appreciate how I was still able to utilize/incorporate the Arlo Pro 4 with my original Base Station & while saving its battery usage via wifi. That was the huge selling point for me!

Beyond disappointed. I spent 500.00 on this system because it is advertised to be wireless and have the ability to do what I wanted. Including a long lasting battery life.... Arlo advertises 6 months of battery life I haven’t been able to get the batteries to stay charged for more than 6 days.. I have tried every single adjustment that is available and recommended to maximize the battery life with now luck.. The main reason I purchased this really expensive system was because it is wireless. Now Im either going to have to purchase 3 separate $80.00 solar chargers or 3 seperate $50.00 25 ft cords.. If I would have known this I would not have purchased this system.

Awesome cameras! I have five at my house one which watches my boat and four others around the house. Batteries last me 3 to 4 months before changing depending on activity I love it when I go shopping or to the store and I get notified when somebody pulls up my driveway I would highly recommend

It is a very good product. I only wish that it had a flood light to be a little brighter

Over all the work good they are a little slow and the two way volume is very low
