    I purchased the Arlo 2 system with “lifetime use” of the cloud. But they screwed us , a change in policy! Too expensive for the monthly mandatory fees.

    I purchased a three (3) camera system with base station and with the exception of one (1) camera not able to sync and register this was a phenomenal buy. I will have to contact them to either ask for help in registering the 3rd camera or get a replacement a.s.a.p.

    Great quality cameras, even better features

    The pro 4 is a better step up from the essential Arlo, with more features that I didn’t expect to see. Advance package detection? That’s what I needed, as I constantly order and the detection of packages from person is a great feature.

    Well where do I start? If you're looking for a camera set that the battery can't operate the camera in colder than -20C weather (i.e. not Canada) and the battery gets spent way faster than the 6 month life it says it should last, and where Customer (Dis)Service can be rated on the negative side of 0 to 10, then look no further. You've found the most useless purchase in this category of cameras. Oh one other thing ... their X month Trial Period you should subscribe to when creating an account is also useless as the only service you'll get is someone in California trying to sell you after-trial plans. I won't buy anything sold by Arlo ever again. Vanbar's Astro solar powered cam is less cost and 10X better in quality and performance!

    Worthless customer service. The cameras constantly drop offline and it’s a nightmare to get them to pair again. The result, two smashed cameras. If I would have known how inconsistent these cameras were, I would have paid a Security company to install a direct wire system. These work for a little while, but then they quit. If the power flickers or the internet goes down, the cameras or base station doesn’t automatically connect when it comes back on. Therefore, you have to go around manually re-pairing all of your cameras. So if you’re out of town, your cameras are off until you get back to set them back up. Total pain in the butt.

    Poor battery life, continuous disconnects. Please shop another manufacture. I reconnected all cameras this morning and in about half an hours time cameras disconnect. Starting a search for a new security package.

    Great, but SLIGHT video delay.

    So far the cameras are great! But there is a few second delay in the video while watching live. Not enough to have a bad review or complaint but just not enough for a perfect 5 stars.

    Wondwrful for monitoring premises. Great that permission can be given to another to help with the monitoring. The feature of sounding the alarm is awesome and emergency response team can be alerted.
