Called the number provided and for them to set it up cost and extra 250.00. When they went into my computer to set it up they crashed my computer. System is still not set up and can't get any support from Arlo

Also has scheduling options so you don’t have to keep manually editing the modes which is nice. Works well with google home too

Great for 15 months...then horrible

I purchased four of them and they worked great for 15 months. Now they are all dying. On two of them, the battery is dying after three days (even without recording any activity) and they are no longer picking up motion to start a recording. I have done everything Arlo support has recommended but the cameras are still malfunctioning. I requested replacement cameras but that was met with great opposition from Arlo. Their warranty is only 12-months and I now know why--they break just after 12-months. I would not recommend this product.

The older cameras would record and save on local storage these new cameras require a monthly fee for recording or else your cameras are useless.

Much better than older versions
