Great hardware and decent app. I get tons of notifications and I wish it was easier to get custom notifications but at the moment I love this system.

I love the fact that these camera's have 2 way audio features. Now I can talk to whoever is on my porch and I can check-in with family!

I can see it when I leave also like the light feature gives me light in front door overall Arlo been killing the game with cameras

I truly like the battery life and technical functionality of this spotlight camera. I have four, so far, throughout my property.

I bought these cameras and they're off to a bad start. One camera kept making a shutter/clicking sound while charging it and it still doesn't work. The camera went offline, so I removed the devise , tried to reconnect it and it has reconnected, although it chimes. The app says can't find camera. I didn't try the 3rd camera b/c I wanted another close by relative to use it. Support directs you to a bunch of articles that lead to no where. Read the manual that say connect camera directly to router, still no luck. I feel like I bought a box of junk.

Disappointed that I open the box and look to charge the battery but guess why no power adapter included only a cable . Never paid $200 for something that comes with a charging usb cable but no adapter it’s like buying a laptop without the power cable . The Manuel page 75 Telly you to use the cable and power adapter that came with it but when you look inside your box there is no power adapter . Why not charge me more and inc an adaptor . All these reviews and no one mentions that there is no power adapter inc and you need a 9 volt one . So now I’m left looking to order a power adapter . Thanks for the excitement I had of opening a box without a power adapter .

The Arlo camera system allows me to relax as I know my house, hundreds of miles away is secure.

Nice being 100% wireless. Records motion when there isn't any and kills the battery. If you don't mind recharging every other day, not s bad buy.

I have had previous versions, but the improvements made plus a battery that lasts a year on one charge...you had me at hello!

These cameras will not record without a paid subscription plan!!! The other models that use a hub are able to record locally. What a waste of money! Est Buy associates said they offered free 7 day cloud recording. Arlo stopped that plan and now charge to record. Don't listen to Best Buy. Also, Arlo customer service is terrible!!! There is no customer service.

Great Product, however, would like to have the option on the Portal/App to choose specific Video quality, from 720 P to 4K.

Much better resolution then I thought it would have. I thinking about buying a few more due to the quality.

Bought three for outdoor use and the clarity of the images are terrific, excellent viewing angle also. Highly recommend
