    Got these on a great sale and gald I did! Mounted these on the front and back of my home to upgrade my system. Great options, quality, battery life, and easy set up. Those who claim battery life is poor on these haven’t set them up properly (likely have not set activity zones and have sensitivity extremely high). At the rate I’m at, battery will last about 8 weeks on a single charge,

    Overall very happy with the product. Set up was pretty easy on the app. The only thing that got frustrating is that adding another authorized user can take a little bit. Once they are added, then it has worked well. If you put this in a high traffic area, then prepare to change the battery out once every 1-2 months. If it is not high traffic, then it is supposed to last up to 6 months. Battery change out is simple. I have had some issues having the video connect live so that I can talk to people. Sometimes that take a few minutes, other times they can hear me, but I cannot hear them.

    I have several of the Arlo pro 4 cameras. They are teliable and work well with my system. I use them both indoors and outdoors

    Great home cameras for the price. Would put it up there with the ring as far as quality. Too many cameras might be difficult to set up with your network. My only dislike is the amount of notifications that I get whenever a leaf blows by the camera, or a car drives by in the background.

    If you buy just make sure you plan on using their subscription service. The AI and battery life doesn’t work well with out it. With the subscription the batteries last crazy long. Work the money honestly. I caught someone breaking in my garage while at work and used the app to notify the police.

    These cameras are great! We bought them before leaving on vacation. We were afraid we might not get them set up and mounted due to time constraints. They were super simple and it took next to no time at all! We have been using them to monitor the house while we’re gone. Great to know all is safe on the home front while enjoying vacation.

    I purchased and set up then discovered I needed an internet extender, when re-setting up I lost my free trial to review videos and was asked to provide a ARLO SMART SERVICE CODE located on your receipt! Really, then why didn’t Best Buy put one on there? So you mean to tell me all the brains combined didn’t realize this was a problem, well not for the range extender company because their instructions Read, if you have already set up your device, re-setting could remove any perks previously provided as a new service. Well, that’s okay because I BELIVED IT WOULD BE EASY TO RE-Initiate. DUH

    Awesome cameras. You do need to purchase the subscription to get the most value. One thing that could improve…even though I changed the settings to only record for vehicles and people, it still records every small movement it catches (animals, trees moving from the breeze, etc). This makes the battery run out faster. But overall the video quality is great and the app is easy to use.

    Bought this item for my parent's home. They were easy to install, and the app is easy to use. One downfall is that the battery life can only last a few months if it's facing an area that hardly gets any traffic. The camera facing out to the street's battery, needs to be replaced about every 3-4 weeks.

    An upgrade from the pro 3s, not habing to use a modem/base station is much more convenient. Sound quality is alright, too much interference with it being connected directly to the internet. Image is clear.

    Would have given these cameras a 5 star, but the batteries that came with it and the extra set I purchased would not hold a significant charge. Best Buy should keep batteries on hand and ones that hold their charge.

    Really nice upgrade from my Pro 2 models. Width of view is much better and quality of video is big improvement. I actually have the white set instead of black. Hoping the white color will be less absorbing of the hot sun. I added the solar chargers and so far haven't had to pull them down to charge. BB had the best prices on this set.

    Easy to set up and install. The cameras does not come with a charging cord so you have to remove the battery to charge them in the double stand alone chargers. Also you have to use a special allen head tool to open the cameras to remove the batteries for charging. Apparently you can’t use the magnetic charge cord that comes with the Pro 2 to charge the Pro 4. This makes charging the batteries time consuming. Apparently you can buy a separate charging cord that will work, but for what you pay for these cameras it should be included. Another issue is trying to contact customer service with Arlo is a waste of time. You can’t talk to a person to answer questions. You have a list of frequently asked questions to chose from. Then cameras work, but if you have a problem you have to search the Internet to try and get an answer.
