I love this product. I love the ease of putting it together and placing it to cover all areas. This is a must have for the house whether you use it outside or inside. Video clarity is clear and microphone is very effective.

Been loving me Arlo cameras my favorite part is the swappable batteries so no waiting to charge them. Easy to install and remove two no wires and renter friendly

Had previous outdoor cams but this by far outshines better. Would certainly recommend to others!

Good product overall. There are still few improvements needed to make better cameras. Response time is slow. Sometimes I have to try many times to get connected to the cameras. 2 way communication is not good at all. I can only hear sounds from the camera but the camera speaker is super low that no one can hear what I am trying to communicate.

the install was easy. The monthly plan is an average price. very disappointed in the battery life.

Great package with a lot of extras and goodies. The quality is fairly good and the Arlo app is easy to use and allows you to see and manage your Camera anywhere and anytime. Good product for people who want security and peace of mind.

Cameras were easy to set up except one gave us trouble mounting it outside so just had to adjust where we mounted it.

so far so good, works great. great battey life in my book 3 weeks in and their at 82% lots of cats in my yard at night

Arlo pro 4 is a perfect find for my property. Provides exceptional video coverage with 2k resolution. Easy to install by yourself.

Not happy camera battery died fast a few days also the support wasn’t great. It also disconnected from internet which was a defect to the caño themselves. Thanks to Best Buy I changed them to ring will see how does work out.

I have other Arlo cameras and love them. Set up was not great. Could only ever get 1 camera to connect. Went ahead and returned and bought the Arlo essential cameras, was able to get 4 cameras for less than this set.

Cameras are easy to set up and work well. One of the four provided batteries didn’t charge at first but a little jiggling in the charger and it started to charge.

I am upgrading from the old style with the 123 lithium batteries. These are so much better. Long battery life. Fantastic clarity and the wide angle is amazing.

Works great - but it does have difficulty staying on in cold weather (below zero). The specs say above -4 F is good and that seems right, but I was told by a coworker it’s closer to -10 F and that doesn’t seem to be the case

We love our Arlo security cameras. Easy installation and great quality… app is easy to navigate.

Pros Video quality is good. Setup is easy. Cons The speakers seem to be low when I try to speak through the camera. The biggest downside is the delay in the camera. There is a good 5 to 10 seconds delay for the video to be seen on your phone, during and after set up. Debating on buying a different brand because of this

A few glitches but otherwise these work great. Ones that are picking up a regular movement like a car driving by will use the battery very quickly. The charger and mounts you get with this set are very helpful. Takes a little bit of tweaking the software to get the notifications and the cameras set the way you want it. Once you have registered the software and subscribed the chat help is good.
