Arlo-Pro 4 is a lousy product

I have been unable to successfully change the batteries and some of the cameras do not work dependably. I'm glad I have overall security on my home, because this product is not very reliable.

I love the ease of putting it together and placing it to cover all areas. This is a must have for the house whether you use it outside or inside. Video clarity is clear and microphone is very effective.

I have had issues with the geofence and schedule modes. But overall great product if you pair them with the solar panels so you do not have to recharge those batteries manually.

Unfortunately, we had a severe storm come throw with intense lightning and several of my cameras were affected by it. I did have the 4 yr protection plan (highly recommend). I took all 6 cameras back and got all new cameras with an upgrade to Arlo Pro 5S. Hassel free, stress free!

There are still few improvements needed to make better cameras. Response time is slow. Sometimes I have to try many times to get connected to the cameras. 2 way communication is not good at all. I can only hear sounds from the camera but the camera speaker is super low that no one can hear what I am trying to communicate.
