Very happy with the setup and the design of the app. I thought the movement detection range would be longer than it is, but that does prevent nuisance triggers from the street. It caught a bobcat at the back door in the first week, so that was fun.

Camera needs to come with some directions. Camera works great. The moving of Camera on supports is limited.

Arlo cameras are excellent. I setup in my backyard. Works seamlessly with Nest Hub and Google Home app

I have had Arlo cameras since they came out as my home would be hard to hard wire a system. They have always worked well. However, these worked fine for about 10 weeks and then I get motion notices on my phone but no videos to look at. Looking online, it appears that you may have to have a subscription now to view your videos from these cameras. I have never had a subscription with the 2 previous versions of Arlo cameras and wouldn't have updated to these if I had realized that these would require a monthly subscription. Read the fine print. It seems like a bait and switch by Arlo. And good luck trying to reach Arlo by phone! I would have returned them but because they worked fine for several months, it is too late for that now.

Arlo Pro is very easy to use and works great! It gives us a sense of ease knowing we have a security camera

Had an attempt to steal from a Pod in my driveway. I needed a solution to monitor the Pod. These Arlo cameras provide alerts, allow for easy configuration to alert me if it is an animal, people, or vehicles within the area. I have more peace of mind now. I bought this less than an hour after the event and after talking to another customer at Best Buy who was adding on to his system. I have 3 cameras now and will be adding 3 more and all with solar.

Returning the cameras not worth the hassle. I work Tech Support. The cameras will not connet to the network, walked through steps on Arlo website. Did additional searches for information with same results. It appears many customers are having this issue. The devic is seen by the network and on my phone but camera will not connect, made sure it is connecting to 2.4 and not 5G. I am not going to jump through hoops, bend over backwards or spend hours trying to connect these cameras to a network. If they are that finicky....easy option return and buy different cameras. The manual is lacking information. The info included with the devices are very basic. I am also reading about all the lose of connections when a customer is able to connect to a network. I know I have a very good network and have no connection problems After further research I am reading about all the battery issues.

Excelent same like the picture and very convenient

Batteries die frequently. When I looked into a "wireless" system, I asked the sales rep if it was worth it or if I should get wired because I don't want to replace batteries (or recharge them) every few weeks. He assured me this was the way to go and they last "a while". Well the batteries die every few weeks, I even went down to the lower-quality video and created extremely restricted zones (that are supposed only to pick up my car in the driveway) but that had no effect. After purchasing the extremely expensive Arlo-Pro 4 system, I'm unable to return it since the time expired to return and now I have to purchase an expensive solar panel for a camera and an extension cord for the other. This is absolutely ridiculous. I called customer support but they basically told me it is what it is and nothing they can do, said "maybe it's a battery", well I have 4 batteries, and its the same issue with all 4, very poor quality and customer service (arlo customer service).

These cameras are everything I expected! They offer a clear picture and the battery life is better than expected.

Has everything we were looking for! Picture quality is good too! Only downside is the battery life doesn’t last long. Going to get a solar panel for it soon.
