    Camera resolution is amazing! Installation was fairly easy. Issues are not able to see videos on my PC unless I download them. I had one camera not see the QRC code no matter what I did. I opened a ticket with the automated chat (no its not a real person). Never heard a word from support. Tried to open another ticket today. Wish I had gotten an confirmation email from them letting me know ticket number and status. Bottom line support is horrible.

    Cumbersome app that looks and functions like something you'd get for free, not a paid service. On top of other issues, the app will log out with no warning, so you could go days without notifications if the camera is triggered. Camera motion detection is unreliable if it works at all, recording will start after whatever or whoever is already out of the frame, so you can't see what triggered motion detection in the first place. Finally cancelled my subscription of two years today. Last night one of my three cameras captured video of someone walking around outside my house at about 1am, but only captured the person when they were already out of the frame. The other two cameras were somehow never triggered, which shouldn't be possible.

    I got this package to add to my current Arlo system. Great daily deal for $320 to bring my current system up to 10 cameras. I now have every possible view of the outside of my house covered. I already subscribed to Arlo secure so these cameras didn’t add anything to my monthly cost.

    I purchased 4 sets of the Arlo 4 3-pak cameras. I was a little dissapointed when trying to add directly to my internet access point as the first time setup went smoothly but, after having to recharge the cameras it has been difficult to have them reconnect directly to my internet. I have searched for a bae station to try and make it easier but, it is very difficult to find a base station within a reasonable price as Arlo.com has been out of stock for the past 2 months.

    After owning the product for over seven months I finally decided to give a review. This camera system is not worth buying, I had problems from day one. First, I had the hardest time just connecting one camera to the network, seven months later I still was only have one connected. The other two cameras aren't recognized at all and a complete waste. As far as the camera performance, it simply underperformes. For example setting the motion zone is pointless when it doesn't detect motion until someone is within 15 feet. Sometimes the motion detector doesn’t activate at all, and it doesn't record long enough after motion was detected. I wouldn't recommend buying this product, I'm sure there are way better options.

    Great camera bundle for the price. Nice that you don’t need a base station however you can’t group cameras like you can with base station models. Arlo should fix.

    I have the arlo 2 as well and did not know the case was more integrated on the pro4. Took some getting used to, but i do love these cameras. This brings my total cameras to 15. Keep it up arlo.

    Fantastic quality cams amazing quality video and now I’m at peace of mind!
